Ivan at the Bar was more then awesome. His drinks were mixed perfectly. Kim D our waitress was lovely. She reserved our table while we had a drink at the bar. And was very attentive while we ate dinner. The food was fairly priced and delicious. We will definitely be back for another date night. Our experience was so amazing we are considering booking a room next time. Thanks for the fantastic night.

Everything was clean and the staff left me alone. For me personally, that's the perfect hotel experience. The staff was there when I requested their help and that's it. I'm the type to keep the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and get my own clean towels.

The food in their restaurant was delicious and the wait staff was quick and efficient as was the bar staff. The drinks were crazy expensive but that's typical of any hotel bar.

We ate here quite frequently while staying at the hotel during an extended stay. Of course it was convenient but the food is really good ! Love the breakfast & even the appetizer portions are enough for a meal if you're not that hungry, ie shrimp tacos! And the staff are friendly & very accommodating. I watched them help a young mom who was trying to get breakfast from the buffet with an infant & a 2 yr old. They sat her down & brought the food to her. The staff goes around looking to see if anyone needs anything. Great people !

Wow! Who knew that a hotel restaurant would be so amazing?! I got the fried chicken sliders with a honey mustard slaw & sriracha mayo. Amazing!! Soft buns, taste so fresh.. not greasy either! I also had the shrimp tacos. Best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had! Fried covered in a sweet chili sauce, with corn & black bean salsa. Not many ingredients but boy these were the best tacos I’ve ever had! A little bit of Asian taste with the chili sauce mixed with the Mexican is just perfect! Also, the service was wonderful. Everyone seems happy . We weren’t hotel guests, we just had a Groupon. But the prices are very reasonable I would definitely come here again! I would also encourage anyone in the area to try it out.

Food was very good and service was quite friendly. The mac n cheese was great as were the appetizers and the Turkey BLT. I highly recommend everyone to check out this place. The food is better than most and the atmosphere is more calm and relax (at least early in the evening).

I'm staying at a hotel a few minutes away and the concierge recommended this place for drinks and a quick bite to eat last night. I ordered the Margherita pizza and it was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations.

Stopped in to have a pint on the way back to our hotel room. The bartender was friendly and professional. It was relaxing and a good way to unwind.

I went with the wifey and 3 kids. We had breakfast at the hotel we were staying at. There was a lady that works there and helps everyone out. I didnt catch her name , she had longer dark hair but anyways this lady was the best at what she did and was the friendliest!!! I will stay at this hotel every summer w the family as long as she is there!! I even went up to her b4 we left and let her know she was killing it!! Thank you so much!!!

Very rare that i find a good restaurant and hotel combo with friendly staff. Got the Margarita pizza and i gotta say it's one of the biggest portions i have ever seen from a hotel restaurant and it was very delicious.

Enjoyed the ambiance and good food. Food and drink menu perfect for a hotel Bar and Restaurant conveniently located minutes from downtown Syracuse and major route availability. Great bar area and comfortable lobby seating with has fireplace. Outdoor seating/dining available when appropriate , with live music and a trivia night.

Awesome food and service. You don't need to leave the restaurant to get great food! Will eat here again for sure!

Was a very big surprise to have a good restaurant inside a hotel. I would come here just for dinner.

We stopped for drinks while our son was staying there. It was nice. The chairs are very uncomfortable, I guess they don't want you staying very long.

The soup and salad bar might be ordinary on the salad side of the equation, but the chef puts his heart into the soup. Otherwise, you can see the food service truck rolling up to the dock as one looks for a menu item.

The food was delicious and I love the atmosphere. Wish I knew it was located in the DoubleTree hotel and they had a sign outside saying Seasons Tavern inside.

I dont know what was better the food or the service the staff was wonderful the food was delicious. Can't wait to go back

Really good margarita. The daily specials are good for dinner.

The beverages were too pricey for our pockets but the ambience & energetic bartender made it worth the visit.
