Panera Bread

Panera in Clay, N.Y. Friendly, Cups are accessible for customers without having to wait in lines, especially if you are in the sipping club. Condiments such as honey always seems to be readily available. I can't say the same for the Panera in Camillus, N.Y. unfortunately, since my family and I go there frequently. Most of the staff is very friendly and accommodating and helpful. Although I have had some unpleasant experiences with some in charge apparently having a bad day.

They're so nice here! This is my local Panera and I love coming here. It never disappoints and the people working here really make the place great.

I stopped in for a quick lunch in between showing houses to clients in Camillus and Geddes. It was a Sunday at lunchtime so it was busy. The staff was friendly and great customer service. I tried the chipotle chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza. Light crispy crust with juicy chicken. Bigger portion than expected. Definitely recommend.

Panera is a great choice for a soup and sandwich fast food option. Their you pick 2 deal has a perfect amount of food. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. This location had great, extremely fast service. 5/5 would return.

Excellent service even at the end of the night while they’re closing. Highly recommend for anyone as a meeting spot.

We did the rapid order, takeout option and our order hit the shelf at exactly the pickup time. So 5 stars there because everything was still hot when I got home. My better half got the broccoli cheddar soup & classic grilled cheese with bacon and loved it all. I got the Mac n Cheese with extra bacon. It was ok but a bit on the dry side. There also could have been more bacon considering what I paid for extra. But overall it was a positive experience. Ordering online was easy (I'm a Luddite), folks were friendly & helpful when I picked up and I'm very particular about my Mac n cheese so others may well give it 5 stars. We'll definitely order from them again!

I don't really have much to say. The food was ok and service was great even though it was busy.
I personally thought it was a bit expensive. Today yesterday's visit was my first.

We went to this Panera for lunch when it was pretty busy. Bella rang us up and was AMAZING. She explained new menu items to my husband and then was nice even when he decided not to go with any of those things. She then literally saw something was missing from my order from across the room and walked over to see if I wanted it redone. We felt very taken care of at lunch today.

The staff was very helpful in serving the food and making sure it was accurate. Dinning personal top notch.

There autumn squash soup is the best

Love this place! My friend & I sat quietly at one of the back booths visiting (we haven't seen each other in over 6 months). She got corn chowder & a baguette. I just got a large tea. The food was great and the atmosphere was calm. We visited/talked for 1.5 hours. This is the perfect place to sit, relax & enjoy great food!!

Sip club is the smartest idea. $12 a month for a drink every two hours. Unbelievable deal.

My favorites are not listed in recommendations are the fuji apple salad and seasonal butternut squash soup, broccoli cheddar soup and turkey avocado sandwich on whole grain bread!

I have never ever ever EVER had a bad experience at ANY Panera breads. Their food is always PICTURE perfect, and taste like summertime in your mouth. Staff are always ready to help and have great attitudes.

I basically cried at how good the steak and white cheddar panini is. We also ordered 6 bagels to go and they had enough attention to detail to package the sweet bagels separate from the savory while still keeping the order all in one large bag. I'm glad also that they're closed on Christmas, shows respect for the employees.

I love this place! This particular location is located the middle of a plaza and can get busy at times. Food is always delicious and freshly made. There is no drive thru at this location. Bathrooms are typically very cold and women’s room is often lacking in cleanliness.

Always a great friendly experience. Wendy is especially wonderful. Happy to have the coffee subscription with this location so close to home!

Fast lane order kiosk and table service is convenient and efficient. Food came fast and as ordered. Haley, the cashier was very kind and helpfull when ordering. Overall clean and pleasant environment. Prices are not fast food cheap but are definitely reasonable.

The location, food and people are the ones that keeps me coming back! Never fail everyone I come for visit. Love the aroma of the coffee and the comfort of the food.

Not Sure Where to Park

The Fairmont Fair parking lot is poorly designed, and can be confusing for shoppers; although, it is well-planned for delivery drivers. Okay, my first visit to this location and the order kiosk did not display all of the breakfast options, particularly the oatmeal. Ashleigh G. appeared for assistance and she didn't see it either. I had the oatmeal in the Destiny location and I wanted it again. Ashleigh G. was kind enough to show me the hot tea menu, so I had a wonderful breakfast, with even better assistance from Ashleigh G.
