I have been going to Willow Salon for many years and love it! The space is beautiful and cozy. There stylists are so talented and more importantly they listen and walk you through what you’re looking for! Every time I leave feeling amazing about my hair!

I have been going to Alyssa at Willow Salon for years, and every time I walk away thrilled with my cut & color! The salon environment is so welcoming and luxurious, and their expertise always impress me. Alyssa’s highlights are always modern yet classy and their prices are very reasonable!

I can’t say enough good things about this stunning salon! I get my hair highlighted and cut by Alyssa and she’s truly the best, always making sure she knows exactly what I want and shares her professional opinion. Never disappoints!

I started getting my hair done by Eryn after someone else at a different salon did a pretty bad highlight job and I needed my color corrected. Eryn completely fixed my color and I’ve been going to her ever since! She does such a great job with color, I highly recommend her! Bonus - the salon is so cute!

I recently saw Eryn at Willow for the first time and to note, the salon is gorgeous! I’ve gone to the same salon in Pittsford for the past 8 years and every time I ask for a look/color it always comes out brassy and never how I wanted it. For the first time, Eryn gave me the color I wanted and I’ve never received more compliments! She is so sweet and actually listened to me and talked with me about the look I wanted. Needless to say, this will be my new salon and I won’t be going anywhere else!

I have been going to Kristina now for over 2 years. She is amazing!!! I can sit in her chair and tell her "Do what you think will look fabulous" and it always comes out perfect. She has the magic touch with hair and knows what looks best on you. The salon is so crisp, clean and feels very "homey". All the ladies who work there are wonderful too. I will never go elsewhere.

I had a cut and style with Alyssa and she was awesome! Showed her a few pictures and she was very receptive and answered honestly when I asked her opinion on some details. Checked in with me throughout the haircut to make sure length was what I was looking for. The salon itself is very clean and cozy, and there is a wonderfully welcoming vibe right when you walk in.
