CVS Pharmacy

I have been shopping at CVS in Brighton, NY for 50 years. It is an older and smaller store, however, it is always clean and well-organized. The 24 hour drive thru window is a convenience on which I rely at all hours. Pharmacy techs and cashiers are courteous and professional. The CVS website has improved greatly since its inception and I use it regularly.

Other pharmacies refused to fill my out of state prescriptions -twice. CVS had no difficultly fulfilling my PA doctor's requests. And all in quick timing.

I have no problems with the whole store. I have been using cvs for five years and I would tell anyone to use them.

As a dentist, called night pharmacist. Helpful, professional, awesome

Since I changed pharmacies TO CVS, it by and large has gone very well. They still get my insurances mixed up at times, but that is quickly corrected. My only suggestion and thought is why on earth you don't have a pharmacy tech on duty 24/7. At one time, there was a tech along with the pharmacist working the overnight shift in particular. Please, please treat your employees with the respect they deserve; they are not working on an assembly line somewhere.

Your website and app are garbage. They just keep spinning in circles and won't let me update anything. I uninstalled it and won't be using it again. Fix your tech!

Filthy location. How does Town of Brighton allow this? Entry was is gross and the carpet needs to be replaced. Garbage overflowing and strewn through all the bushes. They should be fined. I’ll stick with Walgreens. If you must use a CVS, go to Target.

for 24 hours my husband had been deathly ill ,(vommitting and diarrhea) He could not hold down his cardiac meds and I called his doctor who just happened to be out of town. Finally the NP, ordered phenergan by mouth.
I spoke to the pharmacist(Andrew) to ask if he could expedite things and relay my concern over the route. He refused to help me get the prescription changed to facilitate the patients recovery. I had to recall the doctors office and beg the office staff to call the nurse practitioner again!
This lack of customer service coupled with the automatic "that ain't my job" attitude has me wanting to switch to any other pharmacy that could be more human in their approach dispensing !!!
