Harbor Freight Tools

I like going to this store. They always have what I need, whether its a tool or something else and their prices are very fair. Plus, they also offer coupons as well which makes their prices even more reasonable.

Will definitely be going back for some more tools or other odds and ends stuff I can’t find anywhere else.

I called ahead on December 7th regarding gifts for my husband. Mitchell was super helpful and very kind. He located one item in-store and special ordered the other item after I came to pay in-person. I stopped in today to pick-up the special order item and the store manager Ken could not have been nicer or more helpful. We have loved everything we have ever purchased from the Irondequoit location, and I am sure my husband will love his Christmas gifts! We definitely recommend this store and the staff. I love the store. They may have some consistency issues from store to store when it comes to service quality but you can't beat their products for weekend warrior work. Granite a lot of their items are from China which I prefer not to support, they do get the job done. I typically try to buy American tools for occasionally harbor freight comes in for the win

Bought an electric power washer, which has been great. I called first to make sure they had what I was looking for; the person who took my call also checked me out. She was very helpful.

Lots of tools, not always the best. But usually good enough for occasional use. Prices are good, esp if you pay attention to sales. Also have hardware & consumables.

I returned because a tool bought had broken, grinder. For the price you couldn't cry about it right. That would be if it hadn't broke the second time being used. I couldn't find receipt one manager gave me a problem. Another thought I wanted cash, no I explained wanted another. So here is the deal make sure this store emails your receipt also.

I go here before anywhere to find tools drills or household items because they are cheaper

I'm handicapped, so someone needs to open front door to enter.. there's no bathrooms that I can see. This store has amazing values. Great for any level handyman or professional.. there's great sales so join the VIP purchaser program.. They have moving supplies too!! Beats the big box stores!!! Not everything comes from China, so check it out!!

This is my go to Harbor Freight store. Even though it's 10 miles from my house I'm probably in here two to three times a month. The store has employees that are very helpful. If they get one that isn't, they usually turn them over pretty fast. I think this is to the credit of the managers at this location who are almost all superb. I wrote in my review of the Henrietta location about how impressed I was with Harbor Freight's district manager Mike. One of the main reasons I go to this more distant Irondequoit store is because of Joe C., the manager, who although I would hate to lose him at my store, I think would make an excellent next level manager for Harbor Freight because he is the most exemplary employee I know and over my decades of experience with Harbor Freight. He's extremely knowledgeable. He's diligent,organized and hard-working. He solves any problem. He's always treated me fairly, but I have been even more impressed with the way he handles the various customer challenges I've witnessed through all the hours I spend in this store. I've never seen him behave any way other than in a friendly courteous and professional manner. This isn't a review about Joe, but since employees and managers do make the store, it's worth mentioning specifically why I find this location particularly to my liking. And I do not know Joe, outside of HF, they only know this because I asked the cashier for it specifically for this review.

My husband needed box cutter blades for work. He found them fast and left. Price was good. 50 blades for under $6.00.

Great items , huge selection for homeowner special up to professional grade products... The off brand tool products these days are well worth the price for quality. There is somethings that are just waste and better off buying name brand but a good 70% maybe even 80% of products will work great and last a lifetime...!!!
