Dunkin'

Out of all the Dunkin's I've gone to, this one has consistently gotten my order right each time (I order a lot of the same things and you'd be surprised how much other locations mess it up) they are always nice and friendly even when busy. Keep up the awesome work!

The only Dunkin in the area that consistently serves fresh food and perfect coffee every single time I order. I drive out of my way now to hit this location!

Great, kind staff! We had a unique order on Friday afternoon, and the young man and young woman working were so helpful and sweet!! I've told a few friends how impressed I am. It's our favorite new place to stop!

Cashier was very friendly and gave my daughter a sticker. We'll be back; Especially for the limited time Girl Scout Cookie drinks.

I went here yesterday evening and had a great experience. The closing employees were kind and friendly, not to mention made my coffee drink perfectly.

I work right across the street and go to this Dunkin Donuts almost everyday! The staff is incredible! They even started memorizing our orders and know what to expect when I come through the line! I’ve been to many Dunkin Donuts in Rochester and I would have to say this location is by far the best as far as staff and accuracy! Even when I order for the rest of my team (around 8 drinks at a time) they have NEVER messed up an order! They have even offered to help me carry the drinks to my car! I am very impressed and will continue to return to this location !!!

This is by far the best DD I have been to. Employees work fast, donuts and bagels are always fresh , and they take time to know their customers. I go here every morning before I start my work day.

Terrific coffee but the new cup lids don't stay on and leak when you drink. PLEASE give us back our old lids that fit!!

Our hotel was next to this Dunkin' Donuts location so we frequented it often for our coffee. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them. They were also very efficient and the coffee and donuts were delicious :)

Everyone at this location works hard and they work well together putting out great coffee and food . especially Veronica ...the makes the best iced coffee and she is always on point . Veronica is a rock star !

Hott Chocolate is my favorite and the employees customer service skills are perfect,reminds me of the employees working at "Sonics" very respectful,courteous and professional.I thank All "Employees"who cook and prepare my foods and drinks at Restaurants etc Because,at this time in my life i have no choice until i get healthy again to fully cook for self.

This Dunkin is the best one to go to in the morning, the people who work there get the orders correct and out in a timely fashion

Le Roy's Dunkin donuts is clean and staff is friendly. Food is fresh and prepared quickly. Great place to stop.

Ordered ahead by a couple of mi uses in the parking lot and it was ready by the time I walked in. Amazing really!
