Great. I love this Tops. Prices are marked as high as other local grocery chains, but about a third of that usually comes off at the register. This place is well run, organized and very clean. I see items on the aisles which make me think "Oh! How thoughtful!" And this place always has a lot of inexpensive, quality outdoor BBQ and yard stuff in stock. Tops is great!

The location is perfect, the staff are amazingly nice. It literally felt like walking into a Wegmans. But less of the headache. It was relaxed, the people shopping were enjoying themselves! It's a diamond in the ruff. Everything was easy to find, the bogos were a steal. All around a great experience!

Penfield, NY store:
Clean, well stocked, friendly staff who are knowledgeable. Great sales! Grocery purchase amount goes toward gas points which can be a tremendous savings! For my shopping needs, Tops offers great value.

This is a beautifully laid-out, clean, and expansive Tops location. While the outside looks like any other Tops, once inside the distinction is clear. I tend to choose this over the nearby Wegmans when in the area; it's generally the nicer, better option.

When they say they don't stop, best damn well take it seriously. The experience here is exhilarating, from the extensive mayonnaise collection to the superb choice of fine fresh cut BEEF you will never be let down here. Tops club members also receive unbeatable deals and earn points for GAS! Not tooooooo shabby if you ask me.

Generally less crowded than wegmans, and the employees are more helpful and nicer here. They have most of the same things at wegmans, maybe less in the prepared foods section (carry out cafe is still nice though). I prefer to shop here over wegmans and I feel I do end up saving money here as opposed to wegmans with the bonus card

Best customer service experience I've ever had. EVER. Better than Wegmans, better than Disney!

I had a friend coming from out of town and stopped by to get a couple racks of ribs on my way home. Running tight on time, I started the fire as soon as I got home. Upon opening the ribs, I noticed that they had become slightly spoiled. The package was punctured and no longer vacuumed sealed.

I called to ask about exchanging them, but I neglected to even take my receipt when I went through the self check out. Thought this would be a MAJOR hassle and I'd have to run out and get more ribs somewhere else.

Instead Adam Kasperkowski (one of the managers) arranged for the delivery of two fresh racks of ribs to my house! Dinner was a little later than expected that night, but we ate like KINGS thanks to someone who takes pride in their work, and a personal interest in their customers.

Their muffins are more moist and they got a better selection then Wegmans. They have more brands to choose from, where Wegmans uses their own brand. I like having two grocery stores to go to actually 😁

This is my go-to shopping center. Easy and convenient and the employees are approachable.

Easy access. Huge selection. GREAT prices. Huge savings deals. Some of the cashiers are slow. But definitely worth the trip. Definitely better and cheaper than the other place.

Love tops these days! As Wegmans keeps cutting brands and switching to their own products I find it nice to be able to get what I want at a great price!!

Great variety of groceries, lots of brand names to choose from. It's where I go to find my favorite name brands that I can't find at Wegmans. Lots of weekly specials and coupons in their flyer.

i have to give kudos to a simply wonderful lady named Charlene ... she helped me find the items that i needed, then cashed me out, smiling all the time ... if all Tops employees were as courteous and friendly as she was, your business would increase many times...

The Best Bakery! I love it! Clean and you can find everything you need without having to spend too much time. Just the right size.

Generally if you shop their specials, use coupons and e-coupons, you can save some money. Also I like the meat selections.

I'm pretty much homebound now and can't get to the store as much I would like to. I wish Tops would start a home delivery service. Love their fried chicken!

This Tops is favorite go to place. Service is nice. They have a wide selection of everything I need at an affordable price, and they're open all the time.
