I have had two pieces of jewelry that had broken clasps that i could fix myself and had been putting off taking them somewhere to get fixed - it’s hard to find a jewelry repair let alone a good and reliable one. I came across Scott’s repair in downtown Waukesha and stopped in over a lunch break - was in and out in a couple minutes, no charge! Will be coming back for all needs for sure! Highly recommend.

I just wanted to share my experience. The chain I have worn since my first communion had broken and after several days of feeling weird without it I stopped in the attention I received was first rate. Thank you very, very much.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I took my 1965 wedding and engagement rings in to have them joined and a stone replaced. The stone and the rings look absolutely beautiful! Helpful, reasonable, and skilled. Scott was super.

I will never have my jewelry repaired anywhere else! Great one on one communication about what I wanted done, then my items were repaired so fast I didn’t expect to be wearing my necklace again in less than 2 days and they looked brand new. I never take the time to give reviews but the service was amazing and I just had to leave a review. If you need jewelry repair this is definitely the place to go.

Showed up 15 mins before closing because I bought a watch that the pin fell out of. Amazing service, he replaced the pin and removed 3 links off my watch for $20 that's a great deal. I would recommend.

Scott does absolutely outstanding work. He takes care of your pieces as though they were his own treasured items. Scott is always friendly & helpful and will take the time to discuss your options for repair, etc. I've worked with big name shops and other small family owned business, and Scott's is always my first choice. He has repaired many pieces for me in the last three years, including a beautiful job restringing and re-clasping my freshwater pearl necklace and designing a custom pair of earrings. His prices are fair and his work is timely. Plus, his shop is always fun to browse!

Scott was great, he’s a real friendly guy. I went in to get my clasp fixed on one of my chains and he had in done within a minute! He’s great for Phenomenal affordable jewelry services.

I had originally went in to have my newly received engagement ring appraised and found Scott's Jewelry right in downtown Waukesha. I walked in and was really impressed with the fact that Scott does everything in house. A lot of the other jewelry stores send the rings out to be appraised and after just receiving it, I was not letting my ring leave the store and possibly getting lost. Scott has really exceptional turn around time on everything I have brought to him! I had another of my bracelets brought to him to have some links taken out and he did it right as I waited and only took two minutes!! His prices are super reasonable and I will make sure I bring all of my jewelry to him with whatever I need. I really appreciate his quick service and excellent workmanship. Thanks so much Scott!!

Scott's Jewelry was awesome. Scott resized my rings perfectly and he listened to what I like and found me something very special to add to my set. His prices were reasonable also.

I went in for the first time and needed my necklace to be shortened, since it’s a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and Scott was super helpful and amazing very nice funny guy. Before I had went to him I called 3 other places and no one would do it for me but walked right in to Scott’s told what we needed to do and he took care of it very easily and knows what he’s doing. Highly highly recommend any jewelry work to go see Scott he’s the man and wasn’t expensive like other jewelry places!

I LOVE this place! Here is why….

For the past few years I have lived in Waukesha, I went to another local jeweler to purchase a few pieces. Each time I went to that place, I did NOT feel appreciated. More so Overlooked, or a nuisance. Being younger, I can be seen as “not having much disposable income”. I actually do quite well for myself. Aside from that, NO ONE should ever feel unwelcome in an establishment where you are looking to purchase pricey items.

This is not the case with Scotts. I came in to get a few watches repaired. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine customer service and a concern for my satisfaction. I left my pieces with him while we waited on parts, and I was updated throughly during the process.

Immediately, I felt like an actually appreciated customer.

From here on out, when making my jewelry purchases for myself, friends and family, I WILL ONLY BE GOING TO SCOTTS where I feel welcomed and appreciated.

When shopping in Scott's jewelry store, you receive his personal attention which you never receive while shopping in one of the many large jewelry stores found in the mall. He replaced a clasp on a bracelet for me while I waited so the bracelet would be easier for me to get on and off. The jewelry purchased was a fair price and top quality. I went to see Scott because of the recommendations I found "on line" and the recommendations were totally accurate. I came to Scott's because one of the diamonds on my engagement ring was loose. I was very impressed with the courteousness, quality of repair, and the very reasonable cost. My ring was repaired right away while I waited. Highly recommend! I was impressed with the jewelry available for sale in the store, as well. I'll have to stop by again.

I had Scott repair my wife's estate wedding band that was missing a small diamond and replate the white gold and we couldn't be happier. It looks better than when we bought it! Quick and reasonably priced.

I went to 2 fine jewelry stores in the Waukesha area today. Both of them told me it would be impossible to put a Standard Replacement Band on my Freeze Diamond watch and ONLY a Replacement from the manufacturer will work and without it my watch is basically useless. So I go to Scotty's Jewelry Shop he tells me give him like a hour and he'll figure it out.... 45min later he tells me my watch is ready
