This is my only go-to vape supply store, and has been for years now. The manager is always pleasant to customers, knows us repeat folks and can anticipate what we are there to purchase and nearly have it ready by the time I am at the register. After helping me figure out vape equipment, supplies, and flavors he even special ordered my favorite flavor (I don't think anyone likes that one but me!). He never sells me the most expensive units, he suggests the one that fits my needs best. I found he is a tad cheaper too Make sure you have a receipt from the store when purchasing vape units, any operational issues are best handled by the manufacturer directly utilizing the short product warranty (if there is one). Everyone enjoys a store that takes the time to know their customers and that is why I give them my loyal business. Thank you Cigarette Depot!

Fantastic selection for whatever smoke or alcohol medium you prefer. Must say, they have the cheapest price on all alcohol and smoke products in the town. The staff is super friendly, they were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. By far the most pleasant shopping experience I’d had.

Update: this place recently remodeled and expanded! Beer cave, much bigger selection, more room, and they always have the newest Djeep lighters available! If you live in Waukesha, or the area, and you're not buying your vape, tobacco, booze, beer, or glass here you're seriously missing out!

Didn’t have the initial flavor I wanted for my novo. But had pods for a good price as well as a very good variety of flavors. Will be back soon. Pricing was not crazy like most vape places. Got 30ml juice and 3 pack of pods for about $35. Not bad at all. Store owners/workers seemed really cool and knowledgeable as well. Bought “juiced apple” flavor. Definitely a good pick up.

I'm so glad I found this place. Great prices and super friendly staff. They remembered what brands I prefer after only two trips which is quite impressive. They could write a book on how a store should be run.

I love this place, always find what I need for my hookah, glass, and vape supplies. Vape liquid isn’t always cheap but that’s only if you don’t buy the more generic brand and their are online shops I get some liquids but over all the owner is great. I have issues with coils sometimes and he always ends up replacing a coil of it burns out to fast and goes out of his way to make sure my vape is working correctly since it was t the cheapest thing. Over all I tell people to come here all the time and will continue shopping here.

Went in 2015 and the guy there was awesome, we sat literally 20 minutes just so he could thoroughly explain how to use the piece I was buying, couldn't have done better

Staff is always super polite! Prices are also competitive so there's no high marks up on most things
