My check engine was showing bad battery, which is under warranty. Marco took care of the free battery exchange but when he put it in the system the previous person in 2022 keyed in wrong battery code, so the one in my car didn't match the one in the system. Marco got the manager Lisa who took care of the exchange effortlessly and she even brought me a chair to sit while I waited on battery exchange. The security guard told me jokes while I waited. This location always take care of me and I greatly appreciate their service each time!!!

Outstanding customer service! I had a friend call me because their car overheated. I drove to QT to pick up coolant and oil but they didn’t have a decent selection. So I went to this autozone. I had a great employee help me out pick the right stuff matched to my friends truck. Thanks for the great service.

Marco is the BEST EVER! He took his time and helped me with a light that actually couldn’t be fixed here. And also with my Battery! I have a GMC and it is not easy to get in and out! But Marco was in and out Great spirit! Great attitude, very knowledgeable! He found something in the computer no one else knew how to find! Thanks again MARCOOOOOO! Hats off! Stopped by today the associate helped me get the right brakes after I requested the wrong ones. He came out and looked at the van and made sure I left the store with the correct ones, unfortunately I didn't get his name but I said Thank You for coming to work today and helping me.

Marco was excellent in customer service and exceeded our expectations in product knowledge, even application. He was PROMPT to swiftly meet our needs and get us on our way.

Marco was excellent I went into the store to get a new battery for my car. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to my car not to mention he assisted with putting the battery in my car. I will definitely return to this location because of the customer service.

Great staff behind the counter and they have what you need. Very helpful and they installed my new car battery in minutes. Excellent place to go for auto needs. They recycle too!!

I needed to get my battery checked and was assisted by Marco. He was very helpful since the type of car that I have they don't put in the battery. He referred me to an autobody shop that was able to help me right away

Went in looking ta but a code reader for my VW JETTA, after searching online for one and had found the Innova 3100rs with good reviews n nice pricing for everything it’ll do. Fancy That !!! :) In the store , the first product Marco had shown me, was the Innova 3100rs , with a great ‘top of the mornin to ya’ typa attitude , great positivity :) n nothing but great things and strong confidence ta say about this product as well as his past customers. Shoutout to Craig and Daniel for their above and beyond customer service. My sister needed to replace her battery but needed a memory saver before the battery could be replaced. They not only had the memory saver but also changed the battery, and this was at closing time; at 11pm! Would definitely recommend anyone to visit this location.
