These people are my family , the bays are always stocked and clean , the personal are nice and informative 👍 with the product they sell.

They always have what I want, when I need it. Even things purchased a while ago to make minor repairs in my home that the previous homeowner installed. Whether in store or online

Such Precision! This Home Depot has SUPERIOR Service! “Call Me David P” took care of me! I walked in with a plumbing issue and walked out with a smile! I showed him a picture of my issue, and told him what other goal was and he went to work to find the EXACT parts to fit my needs. David P is the one for me❣

Words cannot express my gratitude for the level of service my husband and I received today. Everyone was professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I called to inquire about an item, the phone was answered after ONE ring; I was then transferred to the dept I needed and the manager (Mike) was unbelievably thorough, kind, and helpful. Upon our arrival, two ladies in the appliance dept made sure we were in the right area and they called for assistance. Then we meet with a young man named Marcus, and he, too, went the extra mile to help us. Kudos to the staff as a whole. We left extremely satisfied with everything. 👍🏽👍🏽

Was treated horrible at St.Peter’s location that day and went to this store…..totally different story. I commend these ladies for their patience and expertise to deal with customers. They never disappoint when it comes to finding what I'm looking for. So the GREAT experience at this location is all because of the GREAT staff. You can approach them for direction to what you need and they never have made me feel like I was a bother. Some even stopped what they were doing to WALK me to what I asked for. Very friendly at the customer service counter as well as the cashiers. I LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!

The staff is excellent. Mr Collins, the flooring, tool and paint staff had patience with me and helped me find all that I needed. The cashier was a big help setting me up with the military discount through the app. What started out stressful for me was made easy for me by the staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Turns out I was at the wrong store for my online pickup. But I must give a big thumbs up for the Security Guard, he was extermely pleasant, patient and helpful. What a rare experience.

Great customer service and friendly

I just got off of the phone with Kayla in Doors. I'd been calling for two days, trying to reach another member on her team, but with no answer. Kayla answered the phone and was AMAZING! She answered all of my questions and was EXTREMELY helpful, even though I'm sure I kept asking her the same questions over and over again. She was very patient with me - God bless her. Y'all give that girl a raise! She deserves it. Thank you, Kayla :-)

Due to a stocking error a lawn mower we were trying to buy was not actually in stock. Ray took it upon himself to make it right for us and we still left as happy customers. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service, especially because we didn't even complain! We were fine with it, and Ray still went out of his way to make sure we felt valued. Awesome experience.

Great selection; if I'm picking up items for home and plan on going other places as well, I stop here first because I can usually get the other items here also, which saves me time. The staff is always helpful and location is always clean and organized. I also love entering through the plant section to look for items for my growing garden!

I had a wonderful experience at The Home Depot, after an horrible online order experience. The staff was very helpful. William was kind enough to help me with getting a toilet and when I was about to change my mind, he just smiled with his eyes and tried to assist me.
Now the check out and getting the toilet in the car is just great!! Linda was great!! My husband is in a wheelchair and I was sure to have a hard time. Linda with smiling eyes offered to help. She walked to the car with use and was a sure delight. I was amazed at how she was able to get such a huge and heavy box into the car with NO HELP!! Talking about girl power💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾..

The politeness of the staff is what stands out the most about this location. I patronize several Home Depot stores around St. Louis weekly. However, not as frequently in this area. I was helped promptly. The associates were knowledgeable and friendly. My experience was A+ overall.

It has always been a fairly clean store, with many product options. Covid (the insanity) had set it way back as far as customer service but they are bouncing back from that now. This last visit showed customer service has improved greatly. We rented a truck and it was a fairly painless process. Even returning the truck was pretty smooth. Well done to that young lady.

This HD is one of the few places i have been since the..well..you know... nearly everyone i saw was respecting the mask policy which makes me🗜 feel safer going there. 🔨The people are friendly and the workers helpful. I got what i needed for the project 🔩and got in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be back the next time my wife🔧 wants to start a project🧰.
