This place is near and dear to my heart! I have taken the beginner course quite a few times to hone in my skills and have learned a ton. It has been so fun to see my skills improve with each class! Taylor is the absolute best and is more than willing to assist with questions, concerns, etc. I am currently taking a break due to a hectic schedule, but cannot wait to return once things settle down!

Took a 6 week beginner class and it was more fun (and challenging) than I expected! Taylor was a generous and patient teacher. Other students with more experience were also generously helped this newbie. The price of the class includes 10 finished pieces, which means potentially 10 homemade gifts!

My bf and I took the couples wheel lesson and had a blast! Our teacher Cici was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to to. Definitely a great experience. They also have a lot of cool tools and glazes to buy!

Took a bachelorette party here and had a great time! Our instructor Matt was great and very patient with us- It's harder than it looks! They were very accommodating and we look forward to seeing our finished pieces. Overall an excellent experience that I would certainly recommend!

Have taken classes here and purchased various supplies. Will use their kiln firing services in the near future too. CLASSES- wonderful instruction with great teaching techniques. There is no scolding and no "you HAVE to do it only one way" style teaching. Just teaching proper principles and techniques for success. SHOPPING- The instructors and workers (usually clay artists themselves) are helpful and knowledgeable on products, which is really helpful for beginners who sorta know what they want, but need guidance. They are very friendly and easy to talk with. Being that most are clay artists, they are very passionate about their job and assisting customers for success with practical knowledge. SUPPLIES - everything is reasonably priced, products are from reputable manufacturers, and if you aren't sure about something just ask and someone will happily help. If they don't have it they can order just about anything.

Amazing shop, lovely employees, amazing glaze selection. Prices are great for both clay and glazes. You can get appointments to throw on their wheels and you can buy handmade dishware and pottery. Ask for a tip or two and you’ll know plenty more about your clay and craft than you did before.

I just recieved my order that I placed. So fast! I recieved my items within 2 days! And they upgraded a few of my items at no extra charge. They even left a voice-mail explaining the issue and to call if I had questions. Extraordinary customer service here. And the product was very well packaged. Vince and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They can assist hobbyists and full time potters alike. The selection of supplies is great and if they dont have it, they can order in almost anything you need.
Beyond that they have a great selection of work made right in house, making it a great stop for handmade presents all year!

The Potter's Shop has a great variety of supplies for potters and ceramic artists. They are always fully stocked with a variety of clay bodies, glazes, tools, kiln shelves, kiln parts, risers and stilts. A one stop shop for what I need and worth the drive from Milwaukee. More than just a shop, it features a gallery and offers classes/ memberships in its spacious, well lit, ceramics studio. The owner is pleasant and knowledgeable.

This place is fantastic! It has a large teaching studio and pottery gallery with many handmade pieces to choose from. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a beautiful coffee mug for my wife as a gift and she adores it. I'll be back for Christmas!

Excellent space for artists who like working in clay. They have all of the tools and equipment you need. Spacious studio area with wheels, a slab roller, clay extruder and several kilns for firing. There is a gallery space to buy pottery as well as a nice selection of clay and glazes. The staff is great, and the prices are very reasonable.

Friendly staff, excellent selection of coffee mugs, bowls, etc. for gifts or personal use! They offer classes in a clean, safe environment. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I buy all of my pottery supplies here. They have a great selection. I usually have a lot of questions about glazes and the owners know all of the answers!
