Really loved my experience with Dousman Family Dentistry for the last many many years. I am only transferring because we moved. We will miss you!

I had a great experience at Dousman Dental. I had two crowns put on the left side of my mouth and they decided to do them both at the same time which was great because it saved me a second trip. To be honest I never felt any pain and was as comfortable as could be under the circumstances. I would highly recommend them!

Everyone that works here is so kind! I have had a few visits and every single one has been great experience. I live in East Troy and don't mind the travel time because I can't ask for a better place to go for dental care.

My wife and daughters have been going to Dr. Whalen for many years and I started going a year ago on my wife's recommendation. The staff are always very pleasant, it is an extremely clean facility and I feel very comfortable with trusting Dr. Whalen and his staff with my dental work. I would highly recommend Dousman Family Dentistry.

I have been going to Dr. Goral for 25 years. Excellent dentist, kept up with the latest. Listens to the patient. All receptionists, etc. are extremely nice. Jill is my hygenest. She is not only pleasant but efficient. C.McC

Dr. Schaeffer was the go-to guy for my family's teeth growing up. He put braces on my very crooked teeth when I was a pre-teen, and when my teeth reverted to their crooked ways, Dr. Schaeffer fixed them once again - this time with an expander and retainers. He is a miracle worker! I've had an expander followed by a retainer on my teeth for 9 months and the results are amazing! A genius in the world of teeth!

Had an emergency visit and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Thank you for not price gouging during this pandemic! You guys are all great! Thank you for working during this time of craziness.

My daughters go there and it’s been good. Let’s be honest nobody wants to go to the dentist but at least my kids don’t get upset at having to go so that’s a really good thing.

Our whole family goes here and they have been wonderful with our young children.

Very disappointed in the turn this business has taken. Being a long time patient I have always had a good experience, until they lost my money (credit card payment). Them they tried to charge me. Again. Thank goodness I remembered paying and argued otherwise they would have happily taken my money a second time. How do you lose someone's money? It was up to me to prove that I had paid and it took verbally telling them the exact date they charged me, showing them in the app (not acceptable), a statement from my bank (not accepted) and finally contacting my bank and having to get a transaction report. Don't lose someone's money and then treat them like a bad person when they already paid you. I was treated very coldly during this whole process. The hygiene team is fantastic, but watch your wallet!

some of the staff at this facility were very annoyed with me because i haven't gone if for a surgery yet when i was waiting until school was out to get it done and said to me things like are you actually going to go in this time or are you wasting our time and aren't going to go in. they didn't even let me try to explain and by this point I was already annoyed with them because i had to sit there and wait a half hour just for the dentist to tell me that. this isn't the first time they have bothered our family either but this was the final straw.We will not be returning to this establishment again after this situation.

$500 for a filling, wow!
