Ms. Lory was so helpful in getting me insurance and not only that put making sure my medicines would be covered. She took the time and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to force any items on me. She was more interested in helping me then helping herself which is something you do not come by very often. She even took time out to make sure I got insurance before the deadline. I cannot say enough great things about her and I'm definitely not one to leave a review but she deserves her 5 stars and more.

Lory is wonderful! She explains everything clearly. We have had some terrible experiences in the past and are so grateful to have found her.

I called her very late in the year and wanted my new insurance to start on Jan 1. She was headed out of town in a few days and had to scramble to get my paperwork done in time. But, she did it! She took the time to get to know me, my health, prescription, dental and vision needs and what I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different plans and requirements! She took the time to discuss everything with me so that I knew the choice I made was the best one for me. I did have an issue with my first doctors appt of the year. I called her while at the Doctors office and she called me right back and called the insurance company to help resolve the issue while I was in with the doctor. This is going above and beyond!!! I have had this new insurance for 4 1/2 months and could not be happier. She helped me make the best decision possible for me.
