My first time in this store. My granddaughter needed a winter coat. I was very glad we stopped because they have an awesome sale going on at 40- 50% off coats and accessories. I actually purchased two coats for my granddaughter, a fall and a winter coat plus gloves all for what a new coat cost. She is very happy with her new items and so am I. Staff was very helpful in directing us to what we needed and checking out. When I need a new coat I will head there

It was a pleasure shopping here this past Thursday with my sister. The sales were GREAT!
I returned a coat and was able to find another in the correct size. The price had gone up over 30.00 but Brad was able to honor my original price after calling customer service.
Very nice sales associates.

Great deals and winter stick up clothing

My wife and I stopped into Lands End with hopes of finding her some summer clothes. After about 30 minutes of searching the racks in frustration, my wife couldn’t find her size and we decided to leave. Just before we left, an employee (Ann T) came up and asked if she could help us find something. My wife explained her dilemma and Ann suggested she try on a size smaller than she usually wears and also offered her some petite samples to try on which my wife never thought she would fit into. Ann explained that their clothing sizes run large, so we were off to the fitting room with clothes in hand.

To my wife’s surprise and happiness, the shorts all fit. In total we walked out of the store with four pair of shorts and three tops. Ann was not only helpful but also fun to work with. She went out of her way to help us, and yes, she did her job and stopped us from leaving empty handed. But, we came in there to buy clothing and wouldn’t have found options without her help. We would highly recommend Ann and Lands End. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and we got great customer service.

How can you ignore 50 percent off before Christmas? I could not.

Super happy with the customer service here! It's going to snow here in a couple of days so I needed to get my daughter's new winter coat and bib overalls stat! I had a small window of time to get into the store and out so I called ahead and the sales associate put my items aside for me and I was ready to go in and out 10 minutes flat!

Returned an item and scored an extra 10% off today in the store.

Love the all cotton flannel PJ pants I bought this year. I receive multiple catalogs every year, but I often forget I have a fairly local brick and mortar place to visit which came in handy for a recent exchange. I appreciate the ability to see/try on the merch in person too!
