Five star service! (EFFICIENT) I sent Scott a visual of what I was trying to do the next day I received a mock sample so I could make changes if needed, and an estimate. (GREAT PRICE) I was honestly taken by surprise at how inexpensive it was to get high quality embroidery. So the price added to the experience. (PROFESSIONAL SERVICE) I found Scott to be very informative throughout the process. I really didn’t know certain things like standard sizes, and also needed advice on what I should and shouldn’t put on the embroidery. He was very helpful in not only helping me decide, but he took the time to help me understand why. (OUTCOME) Below is the outcome. Based upon what I sent him, I couldn’t ask for a better outcome.

Amazing experience with Scott & his team at Panda Apparel! We selected them to be our bag and print vendor. They provided consultative support to our Troop 's Girl Scouts including recommendations based upon their budget planning, shared types and styles of bag, offered suggestions and more. The ultimate product is perfect and the girl scouts are excited to move to phase two (stuffing the SMILE bags) before moving to phase three (distributing them to a local hospital).

I worked with Amanda Jenkins from Panda Apparel to create a decal of my team logo for my office door. She was extremely helpful when helping me decide what color I should choose (& I am picky). Amanda sought out creative alternatives when they didn't have the exact color I was looking for to accommodate what I envisioned. I worked with Amanda Jenkins from Panda Apparel to create a beanie with our team logo on it for our Real Estate Team. Amanda was great! She took our logo and matched it to the right color embroidery thread. It took 4 days for 11 beanies to be created! Fast, reliable, excellent customer service and quality of work. Panda Apparel was wonderful to work with! I've been in business for 16 years and have finally found a company that gets my vision. They really took their time to make sure I was happy with my shirts. This is the first time in 16 years that I actually LOVE the shirts for my employees. They adjusted the colors for me and guided me as to which style/color shirts would look best. I worked with Amanda Jenkins from Panda Apparel to get hats made for my sister's bachelorette party. Amanda was very through and helpful. She answered all of my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner. I spoke with her on Tuesday and already had the hats made and printed by Saturday of the same week! I just started collaborating with Panda Imprinting for getting items customized for my elementary school in NYC. Our first order was for a graduation t-shirt for my fifth grade students, and the shirts turned out great! The students all got to sign their names on an image, and then they were able to print their signatures on the shirt! It looks awesome. We look forward to working with them to get more customized items for our school! :)

I went there for a varsity jacket and saw their sample wall of all the screen printing and embroidery that have done and it was very impressive. They had several racks of stuff there and they told me they have 2 staff artists to help.
