City Nails

Last few times I’ve went here, always great. This time I got a Acrylic Fill, my Mom and little sister got Acrylic and my littlest sister got gel manicure. They are great with designs, very delicate, good timing, good customer service. Last time I got clear French tips and I didnt need a fill to a little over a month. They last long and are durable. Highly recommend.

I came here on a whim. I am so impressed with the nails I left with. Make sure to check out the pictures I posted because there are pictures of the nails before they were painted. My nails were shaped so well and so evenly down to the cuticle that it looked like my real nail. A lot of times acrylics end up being way too thick but these aren't. Bobby did my nails... All of the shaping and work. he literally took his time as if he was painting a masterpiece. I'm not even kidding, a lot of times people just slap down the nails and get them done as quickly as possible but he took his time and perfected every single nail.Then(Fred? I'm bad with names) Did the beautiful design that looks IDENTICAL to the picture I brought in. I'm so pleased and will go back again. Everyone... Down to the receptionists was so nice and the shop is very clean. Highly recommend.

All of the staff are extremely good at their. Tony is immeasurable and kind. I'll return on Thursday. Thanks everyone

Chloe was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel welcome, and my acrylics were done so well. They are thin and not chunky, they’re even, and they look so good. This is my new go-to nail place :)

Recently moved to the area and needed a new nail place! Chloe (owner) did the yellow with the adorable flowers and Billy did the blue design exactly like the pic I showed him! My go-to place from now on!❤

i looooved it here! ive been to other places in the area but i’ve never felt as comfy as i did here! its nice and worth the price, i loved how my nails turned out (left/1st) and my sister (right/2nd) loved hers as well!! thank you chloe and billy !! 💕

You never know how a nail place will be until you try it, and when this place opened up right next to my tanning place I thought it would give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! Chloe, one of the owners, is honestly the BEST! I have very small nail beds, and have been told my nails are hard to do. When anyone else does them they are lifting up and chipping in just a few days. I can rarely even make it two weeks. When Chloe does them there is no lifting, nothing to pick at, and I have gone for over three weeks! She also challenges me to try new colors, new nail shapes, and fun nail art. They know how to run a business well, are always very clean and neat, accommodate your schedule, and provide friendly service even if they are short handed or extremely busy. Their prices are great as well. I highly recommend this salon! When you call to make an appointment, ask for Chloe or Peter

My first time at this salon and they now have a new Customer. The atmosphere is Great and so are the staff. Chloe did my nails and she was professional and friendly. I showed her the design I wanted and she surpassed my expectations. I love my Mickey Mouse nail designs. I highly recommend this shop.

Today was my first time at the salon and it was amazing! Ive been to some pretty bad places where the quality is terrible and the atmosphere isn't too great, but this place was just all around awesome! My nails were done by Michael, and he did a wondeeful job! Love the mood changing polish option also. Definitely going back and going back to Michael. So glad to have found a place I can steadily go to!

I always wanted a pedicure. My daughter and I decided to have pedicure. She was there before and she was happy. It was great experience being pampered. They focus on your toes very detailed.They do a number of things to the feet that feel good. The results are great. So happy. I highly recommend them.

Love love love it here!! Staff is super friendly and very talented. I've gone to several other salons in the area and none compare to the quality of nailcessity. My last gel set lasted 4 weeks with one breaking only the night before my next appointment. If you're looking for a clean, professional, friendly salon I definitely recommend Nailcessity!! 😊

For my first time there, it was an awesome experience! Needed a fill for acrylic "French". Andy did my fill and it's the best I have ever had!! Andy is a perfectionist! My nails feel very close to natural. Andy did not "scrimp" on product like other salons I've been to! I will definitely be a regular there and will ask for Andy!!

I've gone to Nailcessity for a while now and I absolutely LOVE the place. The prices are not high and you receive the upmost service. They make you feel like family & they do a very wonderful job with their work. I love how they take their time on your nails and make sure they are what YOU really want. I give props to Michael, he does a VERY great job on my nails every time! During the whole time he was doing my nails, there was never a quiet moment, he kept me laughing. I won't go to any other nail salon but Nailcessity.

I moved to Menomonee Falls this summer from Wauwatosa and was desperate for a good nail salon. My girl that I had gone to for years was too far... I tried a couple of places in the area and was underwhelmed. Disappointed, even. Then I found Nailcessity. They not only get me in for an appointment on less than 24 hours notice, but the owners, Chloe and Peter, are so nice and absolutely hilarious. I've had multiple different techs there work on my nails and they always turn out fantastic... they never break or chip, and I'm hard on my nails. I've definitely found my new permanent nail salon!

First time there and my nail tech did a wonderful job! I had so many compliments on my manicure at work the next day. The staff were friendly and clearly take the time to get to know their customers. I will definitely be back!

Only place in the falls that does designs and can guarantee no paint or acrylic on your cuticles.... fyi... do NOT go to Golden nails... everrrr

Peter did my nails exactly how I like them and I did not even have to tell him. They were fat, bulky and bulky and when I left they were thin, narrow and coffin shape. Really like the colors and the place is very cute inside.

I love the place. They act like they are your family. They joke around with you. And make you feel so comfortable. And have vibrations in thier pedicure chairs. It is a very clean place. They are so great at what they do. They always do a perfect job with my nails. If they make a mistake you can come back and its no charge to fix it. I will never go anywhere else. They are great at what they do. And its all family owned .
