Big Lots

Nice clean place. Big variety, some great prices and others just so so. Cashier was friendly. My issue was they had halloween up and were working on Christmas...just way too early for that. Stop rushing our holidays please

They always have good sales and good merchandise. Love this place

Love Big Lots! Has good deals, staff has great customer service. Love going there around the holidays, they have good sale prices. Good deals on snacks and some every day options are cheaper also.

I think I love Big Lots too much lol… it’s my go to store before Walmart and sometimes even Target :-/. Lol ok maybe not Target. They always have what I need, staff is friendly and they have one staff member, can’t think of his name but he’s always a great time!!!

Had a really nice experience today while i shopped there today. The lady who was my cashier, jojo, (i called to give the store a compliment and to find out her name because she deserves it!) well, she was awesome. Told me about to rewards program (that saved me $5 on my purchase) and then apologized when it wasn’t working for me and it was taking a while to work. (My luck. 😂)But she was very nice about everything. Also. She greeted me when i walked with with a huge smile. I know that’s what they should be doing….but i don’t see that any more. Moral of story, she’s great and i wanted to give her a compliment.

Great clean and friendly store. Staff is always acknowledging the customers and willing to help. Our cashier was fabulous and consistent with every customer he had. They were busy but opened another register to handle the line and we all got through quickly. Managers and staff were seen on the sales floor helping and greeting customers. Nice to see...

Wife shopped, I paid. Went to get one thing found a$100 sale item, couldn't resist the deal and asked me to buy 😅 🙃. Now it's time to put it together. "Good deals can be found" she says if you know how to shop. It's a "go to " spot when I'm driving for some reason. I don't mind though, like every other store they need help!

Wish there were more of these in the Milwaukee-Waukesha area. I enjoy seeing what is on hand. Nice, orderly, clean shop with lots of pantry food items, furniture for living rooms, dining rooms as well as outdoor spaces. Lots of decor items nicely priced.

Simple, no frills place. Always good customer service. Great place to buy snacks or make a quick run for an every day item.

LOVE the store. Very clean. Employee's answered all my questions with very knowledgeable information and even went above and beyond explaining the product in question. AWESOME PRICES on high quality name brand products. Will be shopping at big lots a lot more often then other big box stores from now on.

Great experience in this store always. Prices are very competitive with other stores and their customer service is always top notch. I will be returning soon.
