i have known Denise for many years now... every time i've gotten my hair done or make-up its been perfect!!! Recently i had Denise do my hair and make up for my brother's wedding (a four day extravaganza) and everyday my hair n makeup not only looked unique, but natural and perfect, just the way i imagined!! Thanks Denise!! wish you could do my make up everyday LOL!!

The best ever!

I recently purchased a Groupon for the following service:

$75 for a 60-minute Gabanti signature facial with a re-elasticizing mask and a 45-minute body scrub or body mask (a $200 value)

I redeemed this offer today and was VERYYYYYY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received.

1.) I was not given the full 1-hour Gabanti Signature facial that was stated on the groupon. The service on the site for the facial read as follow:
"Gabanti Signature Facial
A special customized facial that will treat your specific skin conditions in order to achieve maximum results...whether dehydrated, oily or sensitive every skin condition will be taken into consideration. A deep cleansing and pampering facial massage are all part of this signature facial.
Time: 1 hour $80"
I was not given the 1-hour service and did not receive a deep cleansing

2.) I was left with some of the product on my face that was meant to be washed off when leaving the salon.

3.) The body scrub was ONLY from my knees down and from my elbows down and lasted 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! when I paid for a 45-minute BODYYY scrub, not an ankle and wrist scrub.

4.) I did not receive the re-elasticizing mask that was stated on the Groupon.

5.) The time they started the service from the time I left was a full 1-HOUR when it was supposed to be 1 hour and 45 minutes.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I EVEN SPOKE WITH THE OWNER (Denise) AFTER MY SERVICE AND TOLD HER HOW I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PROPER SERVICE THAT WAS STATED ON THE GROUPON. SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO (talk about THE WORST customer service ever). I EVEN CALLED GABANTI SALON BEFORE PURCHASING THE GROUPON TO ENSURE THE SERVICE I WAS GETTING AND THEY PROMISED TREATMENTS THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE.

I have spent over $700 on Groupons and have referred 20+ of my friends since Groupon's inception and have not be disappointed until NOW.

IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT! - I WISH I NEW THIS BEFORE PURCHASING.

This had to be the worst salon experience I have ever had. There were about 4 clients and only one woman working. It was horribly unprofessional as she ran back and forth between clients and her crying baby. I wanted my hair lightened, and she just threw some bleach in my hair for 10 minutes, washed it out, and charged me $80. I walked out with fried fluorescent yellow hair, stopped at Sally's, and put toner in my hair to make it at least presentable - which it barely is. I know nothing about hair and even I know you don't just bleach hair without putting a toner in it. My 13 year old sister could have done a better job. This woman, although very nice and sweet, has no idea what she is doing. There is no way this is a legitimate salon - I am disappointed that groupon even sells coupons to this place. Save yourself! Go somewhere else!

I recently had a Keratin treatment at this salon that I purchased from Groupon. I was extremely disappointed with the treatment. I have had several Keratin treatments in the past at other salons, and I am very familiar with how it improves the texture of my hair. This time, I saw NO DIFFERENCE. In fact, it was dry and even more frizzy than before I had the treatment. I realize that the cost of this treatment is usually much more than I paid for my Groupon deal, but I felt that even the hundred dollars I did spend was a COMPLETE WASTE!!

As I look at other reviews for this salon, it becomes clear to me that I am not the only angry customer. I want to warn others that this is a HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL salon, so please please please don't waste any of your money here.

I went here just for a trim but it was terrible. I was the only one there and while shampooing my hair she left to go wax her eyebrows. I asked to cut off the dead ends and she didn't show me how much she was cutting, if it was only that I would have been fine but I had also asked for side bangs. She cut them with out approving the length first and they were too short. I had asked for a face frame which I did not get even after the sheers went through a few times. To end it she didn't even completely blow dry my hair. I had to get my hair cut again some where else b/c she did not cut the ends, style it or as far as I am concerned give me a hair cut. I was the only one there and she didn't even pay attention to her one customer.
