The Pharmacy Drive-Thru customer service was awesome. I work here in Whippany and live in another town - I wish the customer service was the same in my home town. They greeted me with "Hello, how can I help you today?" Then when I handed them the RX for the Z-pack, they said "We are so sorry you are not feeling well." I choose this CVS as my primary pharmacy forever. They ended my experience saying, "Hope you feel better. " It was a heartfelt experience.

I really want to share my experience at my local Whippany CVS, specifically with one of the employees Komal Vaishali! She always greets me with a smile, so friendly, professional, kind, knows all the perks, always helpful and you can tell she is a hard worker. It is such a luxury to see this kind of work ethics that you really want other customers to know about such a great worker. I hope the management realizes how fortunate they are to have a person like Komal working there! Phenomenal job and Thank you so much for all your help.♥

I went to 4 CVS looking for a 33.8 oz bottle of tea tree special shampoo. They were the only one to have it. The employees are always nice and this store is well stocked and always looks nice.

Came in for my vaccination, they were so organized and so nice! I was nervous (I get nervous for even my flu shot lol) and they made me comfortable and cared about how I felt which was even better
