I live in housing and my kids have been sick for months...we had a bad leak under our tub...water Sat there for atleast a month and I was certain there was mold but when they replaced my tub....they claimed to have found none...now...on the wall below my bathroom...I have a black patch on the wall and when I used bleach to clean it...it ate a hole in my wall...my poor kid gets atleast 3 breathing treatments a day that are doing nothing. I'm having trouble breathing too...something has got to give.

Cohoes doesn't care about anyone. They only care about mason money off of tickets. They told me that if I don't like the way they do things that I should move out. Code is to help people not to push people out.

Called to ask a simple question and the woman who answered gave me an unnecessary, sarcastic attitude and snapped at me. I have never called here before and needed some advice and help during a very stressful time and do not need to deal with a rude employee who gets paid to help me. GET ANOTHER JOB IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THERE!

they get paid money from landlords to keep their mouth shut about property issues and how many tenants are living in an apartment. This code enforcement is pure trash

Absolutely horrible. This is why everybody sells their property in cohoes. Resulting in property turnover which just makes the neighborhood worse. All they care about is money. Absolutely horrible
