Weiss installed an entirely brand new home security system while our home was undergoing renovations. The work was clean and efficient. The layout of all the components was well thought out. The communication with Dan and his team was great. Highly recommend.

Over the last two year my grandmother(who has owned a bar in NJ for 40 years) was having trouble with the local fire Marshal. The situation was a reclassification of the business to meet this nite club law and require a complex industrial fire system and or sprinkler systems, etc ... I called numerous lawyers about grandfather laws and fire system companies, engineers, and architects and nobody knew what we were talking about. Everytime I would have vendors show up to quote the job they ended up walking away and told us to get an engineer or an architect, and an electrician) But trying to hire and engineer was turning into a bigger nightmare. In the meantime the fire Marshal slashed our capacity and forbid us from having events until the requirements of this law were meet. Forward to 2023, one very frustrated Saturday morning I found Mr. Weiss on Google but he was farther away from me, but being we shared the same last name I decided to submit a message on his website describing the situation. An hour later Mr.Weiss called me on the phone and 3 months later the system was installed with the help of his engineer(who put me to the front of his work schedule) to have complex commercial occupancy maps and fire alarm system designs to submit to the town for approvals(I forgot the electrician too), while maintaining daily communications with all parties. I would also like to mention that didn't try and take advantage of an older woman in a jamb with a ridiculous price quote. Amazing experience. Thank you again Mr. Weiss, your employees, and engineer. Highly recommend Dan and Tom! Our alarm system hadn't been working for more than two years and our old alarm company came out multiple times to try to fix the issue but never succeeded. Dan and Tom had it fixed and up and running in no time! And I love that if there is ever an issue or if I have a question I can text or call them and they know who I am, rather than calling a huge company where I'm just another number.

When setting up the alarm system years ago they provided us with a very thorough recommendation which met our needs. Over the years we have always got immediate and great service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
