Beautiful community n neighborhood. Peaceful,serene nd calming experience of our stay ..We are having a great time so far and enjoyed our experience here. Homes are beautifully designed taking in account space ,great ventilation,good views .. Maintainence staff and office staff are very kind and always ready to help.
Over all it's been 3 years n we have had one of our best experiences in US

The Sanctuary is a safe, quiet, family and pet friendly environment for all ages. I retired and moved here seven years ago and enjoy the privacy, as well as the vibrancy with tenants ranging from professionals of all ages and ethnicities to retirees, from singles to families. The management and staff are welcoming and, in my experience , respond in a timely manner to any concerns or problems. They have a skilled maintenance staff and management does not hesitate to replace appliances, etc if they cannot be satisfactorily repaired. The grounds are attractive and well kept. It is indeed a nice, safe sanctuary while still being only about 15 minutes from the action of downtown Milwaukee.

I have had the pleasure of living at The Sanctuary for the past 3 years. I found this property to be well run with a pleasant and attentive staff and management team. During this time if there was ever a situation concerning maintenance or a need to talk about enhancing an area Ian and his team were on top of it. I have just moved on a couple of days ago but felt it only polite and fair to write a quick note for perspective guests. Enjoy your new home!

I lived here for 2 years and it has been an absolute pleasure being here. The staffs, maintenance, and the management has been kind and always responsive when contacted. Maintenance issues were always solved promptly. Property is maintained really well and is worth for your money. I will give it a high five!

Excellent location to get to anywhere plus prompt customer service. Based on acuity of your work order they take care of any maintenance request and keep you informed. Portal to pay rent and open maintenance order is also easy to navigate. Leasing agent at front are very energetic, friendly and provides best customer service. I absolutely recommend this place to any new lessee.

We have been a resident here since 2018. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance completes any repairs quickly. They are pet friendly and have great lease options.

Sanctuary of Woodshire apartments are centrally located in New Berlin off the busy Moorland road with quick access to highways.

The apartment buildings are spread out in the campus and pretty good. The apartment that we visited for dinner with our friends was furnished with good light fixtures in the kitchen and living areas. The apartment is spacious and has 3 bedrooms. The kitchen may be a little small but practical. The apartment have one garage space that is heated.

Great place to live. Spacious area, we rented out the clubhouse a number of times for parties, pool is a nice spot for summer time. Management is easy to get a hold of and very good to work with. highly recommend!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Perfect place for a short or long term rental with pets! Well kept grounds and units. Highly recommend!

Its a very nice apartment in a good area and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff here has truly been amazing at making this community feel like home. I would recommend the sanctuary to anybody that is thinking about moving here!
