I don't remember his name but he went way above and beyond finding other parts to use and saving us over $100. Each store we went to simply said we don't have it or they could order. He found us what we needed and got us out the door very happy, making damn sure we come back.

They were very helpful and had the size battery that our car needed. They put it in and were very kind people!

I went in because I had questions regarding a stuck oil filter. The guy that I talked to was extremely helpful. He gave me some good pointers and picked out an item I might need but was honest enough to say that Walmart had a little better of a tool. I really appreciated his honesty and I will definitely be coming back. It's not often when a business is not just out to sell you anything they have but it's even more rare when you find a gem that is truly there to help you no matter what.

Excellent! Stopped in when I was having car trouble, wasn't an easy fix, the staff helped me out. Got me in touch with a tow company and let me sit inside while I waited, on a cold night. Super appreciated! NAPA, this store is solid! Thank you.

Salesmen knowledgeable of subject in this case a direct replacement car battery. I was allowed to use restroom after intalling a battery in parking lot. Gentlemen had great attitude toward customer service. I will shop there in the future and recommend them to friends & family!

They are always super friendly here and help me find what I'm looking for. They have a wide selections of parts, from bulbs to paint to wiper blades to oil. Their prices are also very reasonable and they may even help you install minor things. Would highly recommend

New staff is knowledgeable, and will open the doors early if they see you in the lot. They even stayed a little late to help explain things about my check engine light. Great parts, people, prices, and advice. Thats napa know how.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable employees, and quick turnaround on rare/vintage parts. I enjoy working with their professionals that know vehicles, and not the uneducated dimwits that work at most other auto parts stores in this town.

Beth the store manager was amazing! She was very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help me find a part that would fit my tailgate to attach my license plate after it popped off.

I've come here twice when I've needed motorcycle oil. I've been treated with courteousy and respect each time. If they didn't have what I need, they helped me find a store that did. Will be coming back.

Needed window wipers. Went in, asked, the employee looked at my car. Went and got wipers, he even put them on for me!
