Overpriced, no wrapping for gift bottles, staff lack basic knowledge when it came to wine and liquor.

I was on the phone with my mother this evening as she went into the store. When she went to checkout, the associate was very rude. My mother waited after the associate swiped her card, as you usually need to sign a receipt. My mother asked if she was all set and I heard the lady say "What else would there be to do?" I could clearly hear through the phone the rudeness in her voice. Each and every time I have been into that liquor store I have needed to sign a receipt. Times are weird, I get it but its not an excuse to be mean. I am not sure who this associate is but I will happily have the nice guy that helps me pick out "nips" back!

They sold me wine for $20 that expired 16 months ago and didn’t tell me it was outdated at the time of purchase. They obviously don’t rotate their inventory or have enough clients to ensure this doesn’t happen. I’ll be going to exit 9 in the future.

Go somewhere else, they have ZERO selection. When I walked in I thought the store was closing or something, I’d say 60% of the shelves had NOTHING on them. And the one that did, had only single bottles. If you were to buy two bottles from them they’d probably have to close down to restock.

Concur with everyone else that the guy who owns this store is very unpleasant. Just go across the bridge to Island Spirits.
