A great place to stop for a drink or treat! I've been a few times to eat in the Cafe and ordered something different each time. The marshmallow latte is delicious and waffles are made fresh to order. The bubble tea is delightful and the boba/tapioca pearls were also really fresh. Looking forward to stopping by again!

Finally found a place that has ice cream over the bubble waffle. It was so worth waiting for. The waffle was cooked perfectly & it didn’t taste dry at all. I had the frozen tea with mango and tapioca pearls - it was such a good combination (I don’t really like tapioca). The setting of the place is very cute and well organized. They have so many more options and I can’t wait to come back and try (:

the bubble waffles are perfect, not too sweet and not dry at all. They are also very soft and light. The ice cream is also very delicious. My aunt takes me and my family here occasionally and whenever we do we always get excited because of how good the ice cream is. My aunt doesn’t like ice cream very much but she says this ice cream is the best she’s had in the entirety of New Jersey, especially with the bubble waffle.
The atmosphere is also very calming and nice.

Came here for the first time today and it was excellent! Treated ourselves before the new year and got a almond milk caramel macchiato and an oat milk marshmallow latte. Both were excellent! Not to sweet at all. We also got the apple streusel coffee cake and they warmed it up and it was very good! The atmosphere is very calming, there's lots of space, it's clean, and the service was very friendly! Will definitely be back.

I absolutely loved this place! The workers are super friendly and outgoing and the menu has tons of options. I went for a matcha milk tea with boba and it was delicious, not too sweet, but still tasteful. They even let my dog inside the store and the workers loved her! They even offered to give her a puppucino free of charge. Definitely will be coming back. Considering applying to this place and working here because the environment and vibe are immaculate.

Chill cafe. It's not too crowded on week nights and in the early afternoon. Good place to get some work done. The frozen bubble teas aren't vegan, but most of the iced ones (that don't include milk) are. I wish there were more vegan items, but they have a large variety of specialty desserts ( for vegetarians and omnis), including bingshu (Korean shaved ice) and fancy topped waffles.

Love this place, its very relaxing and quite aesthetic. Flavors are really good and friendly staff. Waffles are also excellent, I would recommend them. My favorite drink is the iced vanilla tea with strawberry jelly.

Cute little coffee Cafe to have a sit drink coffee and work for a little bit. Wish the music was better, less hip hop techno and more modern normal radio sounds. Good cafes, wish they served it to you in cups when you indicate you are going to sit there and enjoy it. Lovely staff!!

Solid bubble tea, they also make a mean matcha latte (ask for extra foam).
They don't have oat milk which is a bummer but you can't beat the ambiance (especially at night) and the young friendly staff.

Awesome little spot. I was talking around downtown with my girlfriend when we decided to pop in. Not only was the staff super friendly, but they were also knowledgeable, and the teas were awesome!! I'll definitely be stopping by again!

I bought an iced Thai tea and a bubble waffle with ice cream. They were both delicious!

I found this place when I had to pick up an order for a delivery. It looked like a cute shop, so I came back on my own to try it out. I love it! I've longed for a place that sells bubble tea (there are none in my town), and their tea is delicious! The place is super clean, including the restroom, and the staff are friendly. Though I don't live in Cranford, this cafe is just a ten minute drive for me, so they've definitely earned themselves a new customer!

They also sell coffee, so if tea isn't your thing, there's another choice.

Staff is lovely. Late night anime lofi playlist is full of bangers. The lavender latte was delicious with oat milk, thankful they had that option. And I had chocolate bubble waffle dessert. Vibes on point. Just fyi they are no longer doing bingsoo- so just be aware of that.

Quick & friendly service! We had the brown sugar & the almond boba teas. Both were delicious. You can also get extra tapioca bubbles for 50 cents!

My grandkids and I love coming here after school for snacks while doing their homework. Food and drinks are always the BEST and the staff is friendly.

I adore going to Cafe Teasia not only because of the wonderful menu options, but also because of the incredible atmosphere! It is a clean, comfortable refuge that I frequent often. I love how friendly the staff are, especially one manager (Elizabeth?) who always greets me with the warmest smile when I come in and is happy to chat. Much love to this establishment!!
