We love Universal Lacrosse and especially Kristien! My daughter recently started playing lacrosse so we have visited the store a few times and not only has Kristien been SO helpful, he is so knowledgeable, caring and kind. He is also a superior shoe tier! Always goes above and beyond to help us out. Appreciate him and having a lax store in town! Thank you!!!

My husband & son went into universal lacrosse today to purchase some practice balls. They met Kristien, he was awesome. He put new shooting strings on my sons stick and also took the time to teach the both of them how to string up the stick themselves. He is very knowledgeable on all the equipment needs for young players. We highly recommend working with him for all your lax needs. 😎👍🏻

Bad experience at first, but staff was able to quickly and swiftly resolve the issue. I don’t think that this issue occurs very often and it seemed to be a one time fluke. Anyways, highly recommend this place they have an awesome selection of sticks, heads, cleats, etc...

Great staff workers greet you with a smile and a lovely hello. Large variety of options especially the sweatshirts. My son came home with a great Hopkins sweatshirt once.
