Wonderful collection of wines, liquors, cheeses, etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Centrally located. Nice arrangements to accommodate Covid considerations. Ready to do business with on-line as well as in person.

I was out of town and UPS was trying to deliver a case of wine. The UPS app was unusable and calls to their 800 customer service number was a disaster. One 30 second call to wine library solved all my issues, plus their wine is always a value.

Large place, Great selection, met Sasha the founder/owner impressive that he's still at WineLibrary every day. Also met Gary Vaynerchuk aka GaryVee aka VaynerMedia he marketed this wine store from $4mm to 60mm via online, social..etc will sure come again and shop for some vintages.

The Gourmet Section has cheese that sells for double the price at Whole Foods.. example> a wheel of berthault epoisses $17 at wine library is Priced at $34.99 at Whole Foods! Fancy crackers $$ less as well (Panzanella croccantini)

Love their Wine Text program. Super friendly staff and great tastings on the weekends.

Very large selection of wine and spirits and some exotic deli specialties. Good cheese too. Takes a while to get the hang of the place - but it’s worth it. Try the Cornelian cherry preserves from Ukraine. Unique and addictive.

I usually go to Gary's in Madison, and I love their selection of cheeses over there, but sometimes I find it difficult to find a solid person who isn't just trying to throw a bottle at me so they can move-on. First, I was really surprised to see that Wine Library carries so many cheeses!! I guess I am too used to going to Bottle King, which has jack for gourmet treats hence why I end up at Gary's. But my sister recommended I try Wine Library. This store and the selections are great. Picked up a bottle of Weinguit Kees-Kieren for my boyfriend and I to share for his birthday. I am really clueless about wines (I don't even drink except on special occasions) so I looked for a staff member to give me some advice. I met Jason (may be a different name?) and even though he looks super young, well, holy smokes looks are deceiving-- the young man is beyond knowledgeable and passionate. The cashier was also on the younger side but really respectful and pleasant. Will return again!

Wine Library is a top notch spot to find great selection and prices, whether you're looking for everyday value, high end finds or super rare specialty, they've got it for you. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you're local, make it your go-to. If you're regional, it's worth the occasional trip. And, regardless of where you are, if you just want to sit at home, order it online and let them ship it to your door! Cheers!

Alex B. is absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, and kind. I stopped in tonight to pick up a friend’s online order (she’s having a tough time currently). It wasn’t ready quite yet (not the Library’s fault) and he efficiently ran around and got it together for me, got the necessary permission from my friend for me to collect it on her behalf, and even substituted out a rose that was out of stock. He even had the presence of mind to tell me about an upcoming wine class featuring the vintner who makes the rose he substituted in for us. @garyvee he’s a star player on your team. A++.

This place is awesome. Lots of parking in the front. Staff is super helpful. You are asked if they can help once you walk in the door. The expensive stuff is locked away on the second floor wine room. You need to ask for someone to open it up for you. They are the only ones I could find this Napa Cabernet called Staglin. They only sold it in a half bottle. Very good wine. I was also able to grab the Joseph Phelps insignia from them as well. This is one of my go to places besides Total wine and Gary’s. These guys seem to carry the expensive wines no one else has. If you are into wine, give these guys a try.

Staff was very attentive and patient. Memento Mori 2014 was a great choice which was recommended by their staff. This is the only local place I go to for wine choices from all over the world.

They have a huge collection of wines at various price levels. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is good, since I know little about wines. The cost of a wine has little to do with how good it taste.

Update: the vice president of operations reached out to me and explained that some of the wines were futures and due to arrive soon. I am satisfied with the response from the business and glad for the clarification.

I’ve been shopping here for a decade, and have always had a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable, the selection is fantastic, and the prices are great. The top ten picks near the entrance are a foolproof way to get a great bottle of wine if you are short on time. The cheese selection is probably the best in the area. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve gotten a bad bottle of wine, and the staff has always been very accommodating to make it right.

Wine Library has an enormous selection of wines available. (We used it for gift giving and holiday gifts.) They also have great information like ratings from various sources and the ability to print out label-like info about the wine with a picture of the wine label and any ratings it might have. Add those to your wine collection so your choice of wine always pairs perfectly.

The site is very user friendly and fun to search. The customer service is top notch. They really want your wine purchase to be a great experience.

I've read some reviews regarding shipping. Normally you'll know immediately if the wine is in stock but if a bottle isn't in stock they'll either wait till your order is complete before shipping, or if you want it shipped without a bottle not in stock just let them know and they'll get it right out to you. That said, the wines come in quickly if not in stock and, unless you're in a big hurry, It makes sense to wait because, if you're like me, you only want to pay for shipping bottles once. Bottles are heavy and require special handling. I paid $20 for seven bottles, which is very reasonable for 7 bottles of wine.

They have very responsive customer service. I never waited more than a couple of hours for a response and when I wanted an incomplete order shipped, Brandon called me within minutes to let me know what was going on. That's going above and beyond and I really appreciated everyone's concern with my order.

Great selection. Liquor store with a more robust wine offering AND excellent cheese selection. I had never seen Pesto Gouda before but we are now hooked!

Great selection and helpful staff. Although not every staff member knows every spirit, odds are good they will find someone who does. I told them I wanted a smokey Scotch, and they helped me find my new favorite. They also have a small but good selection of cheeses.
