Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The service and atmosphere is never the reason why I come to Red Robin.
It's always the food. As a gluten free person, this is my jam. I can eat as many french fries as I want and have a Cheeseburger. And the second best thing Is there choices for the whole family..... chicken nuggets for the kids.

Everyone was very grumpy and rude. From the young man that checked us in tonthe waitress. The waitress wasn't happy that we ordered just appetizers. We ordered boneless wings with BBQ and they came out with a spicy sauce and sent them back. She was really upset. Our bill still came to $37. 00 not sure what her problem was. The manager was at least nice and she took the wings off the order as we were done eating by the time we got the right order. I will NOT be back. I took a friend as we were out shopping and she has never been to a Red Robin. Very disappointing.

Thanks to our server Nadia, I had the absolute best birthday experience at Red Robin this evening. Immediately when greeting us, she wished me a happy birthday and told me I looked gorgeous which made my evening. Beyond that, the service for our party of six was excellent. Our food came out quickly and was SO delicious, and she consistently made sure our drinks were filled, condiments were brought out, offered more fries, and even brought me a complimentary birthday sundae! She did all of this with a smile on her face and a positively warm and welcoming attitude. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner and I hope Nadia is recognized for her excellent customer service.

Consistent quality food and great service, work well with you on various nutritional needs and found that their website has a nutrition calculator to make it super easy to customize your food to your needs, also had oil and vinegar for dressing which is great.

Quiet lunch with a round of cocktails, quick service We both burgers, one with fries. Other with onion rings. Food was fast & hot. Drinks were chilled & tasty.

This is a great location. I visted recently and they are very covid conscience. This will cause for a wait to be seated, but your food will arrive quickly. I loved the burger and hot endless fries. The Red Robin Gourmet and cold beer always delights!

Nadia was the perfect server! She was attentive to questions and was super helpful with my dietary restrictions. Her smile and attitude while working was impressive. Great food, even better service and a positive experience!

We had a great meal and excellent service with our waiter Ryan. We ordered the cheese lover burger, burnin love burger, and the BLTA Croissant. We also had the tall onion ring appetizer, original garlic fries, regular fries and sweet potato fries. To drink we had the freckled lemonade... So good!!! And we tried the Apple harvest tea.... It was not too be desired!!! Don't order it! Everything else was great! And a special birthday sundae was added!!

Friendly and helpful staff, and Red Robin is always happy to go out of their way to accommodate the dietary restrictions for our party. The food is good as well.

The atmosphere was great. The wait wasn't long. We had a cool waiter but I can't remember his name but he talked fast and could sing pretty good. I got my favorite burger royal red robin with the fried egg and I'll got the freckle lemonade. I had about 5 of them and the waiter kept me filled up.

The food was delicious and the waiter was very nice and friendly. It's a nice atmosphere to enjoy a meal with friends. We were allowed to sit and chat long after we finished eating.

Would like to mention specifically how impressed we were with our server, Alex. He was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service at the table as well as the time he was called to make a drink at the bar (mine).
I think he could have been asked in a more professional manner when the Manager (?) asked him to go there.
He had a genuine smile that made us feel really welcomed. We like the food and look forward to our next visit ~ we will definitely ask for Alex the next time and every time.

Everything from the customer service down to the food was great. I almost went back the next day for round 2. Definitely my favorite burger restaurant.

Went to Red Robin today my son's second birthday. I had a great experience. The wait staff were super attentive and kind. The food was great!

Food and service was great. Can't blame them for staffing issues, even with only 1 server it was good.

Been going to Red Robin for many, many years and have always enjoyed it. Usually get the bonzai burger but this time got the classis with a lettuce wrap. My wife had the bourbon burger. Lots of bottomless side options for every pallet and taste. Still happy after all these years.

My only complaint is, the music is too loud to hold down a conversation at the table.

Food tasted great! Service was perfect.
