Deals were great, but not sure what to do about not receiving one item that was most likely mistakenly not put in my bag. Didn't discover that until my husband came home two days later to try everything on.

They have everything I need, always use a coupon or go online and download one, you'll get great prices!

They truly have some good deals in this store if you have the time to look through everything. Do not be afraid to browse through their clearance racks to find good bargains.

We got our family photos taken last year for my sons 1st birthday it was such a smooth experience we decided to come back this year and must I say Anna did such a great job keeping my kiddo entertained and capturing some great photos! The gentleman at the front desk did such an outstanding job assisting her and all the guest and made our checkout experience fun and great! Can’t wait to come back next year!

I used their salon, and the stylist did a great job. You can book an appointment and the price wasn't too high.

I LOVE JCP. It was FANTASTIC. I found 2 pairs of boots with pink tickets. One pair
was $100, the other was $95. Both were
marked down to $14.99. With the pink tickets, I got one pair for $7.50 and the other pair for $7.49. That was April 1, 2023.
What an INCREDIBLE bargain. One pair was long. The other was short. What a deal!!! What a deal!!!! It made my day. That's what

my daughter's and granddaughters went shopping at Penneys for formal dresses. Very large selection. The employees working there were also very helpful and pleasant. great experience. We purchased many dresses.

Great store. We must keep shopping due to we can not have anymore dept stores close due to people shopping on line.
Price is reasonable, great sales plus they always offer coupons via your cell phone. Good quality clothes and stylish.

JcPenny's always has sweaters I love and clothes for my teenage boys. Their clothes are displayed well, with room to walk between racks. Nice selection of casual to fancy clothes. Good sales. I wish there were still stores closer to me, but enjoy shopping at them when I see them.

Manager Norma helped me promptly and patiently at the service counter with a return issue I was having during a transaction with another employee. I can't imagine a better work environment when you have management like her! :) So Kind, patient, relatable and understanding!

What the heck jcp where have u been for years I thought you where gone. Then my small town mom comes here and gets me a jacket for $44 and seriously it is going for $180 min. What a steal and wow how neat and clean you are. Big enough that no1 will be standing on top of you. The registure lines are weird though warning the first time shopper its probably wjere u think people exit that you actually line up and the workers are very slow but they are no spring chickatties. But they did there best and managed to figure out the touch screen registure once they found there glasses after looking all over... Only for me too be super patient watch as I giggle for just a moment. Let them look one or two more places before telling them its on ur head.... Hey I was being polite and patient this is a great story and really will be a giggle for days too come. Thanks jcp for the coat and the small amount of hunor I needed to get thru my day. Stay patient and always wait for them to check 3 spots before u tell them... Oh and did I tell you how incredibly cute they where what we'll dressed good sports they are here. You may get it one day but maybe not today.

Great sale this weekend. Found some very good deals. Also was the receipent of the kindness of strangers when another customer gave me what remained on her gift card. Just a few dollars but so nice and unexpected!!😄

Took me awhile to find customer service desk to return an item but when I do, I got some great and very friendly service. The staff there are trained well to serve customers well!

JC Penney had a great sale going on. They have quality clothes and home goods. There was a smaller selection of home goods. But if you're looking for clothes --especially nice dresses for special occasions they are stocked. Lastly, they had signs all over the store that said if you load the JCP app you'd find coupons. We saved $30 on $80+ dollars of merchandise with the coupon. Overall great store
