Spencers

I was a last minute shopper and I went after work (8pm)thinking they'd have holiday hours and realized that they were closing at 8:30 on a Friday and the ladies that helped me pick out a couple of last minute gifts were absolutely AMAZING! They were so nice and a really big help as I really had no idea what I was actually looking for. Store was clean and well organized for being a Spencer's. Keep up the great work!

Shorter emo/adorable girl helped me with my selection. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Treated us like adults and respected us with our choices, whereas city news and video treated us like we weren't even paying customers. Needless to say I had a really good experience and she made me feel total normal with my shopping. Thanks hun

It's Spencer's... What can I say. They've pretty much had the same types of products since they've opened. Yes there are still die hard fans of the place, but maybe changing stuff up would bring in more traffic. It's usually pretty dark in the stores no matter which one you go to, and me having vision issues, well I have to bring a flash light to see. Another thing.... Either update the adult section in the back with stuff from this decade or do away with it. Right now all it's good for is laughs from the teenagers that go back there...

I've actually had nothing but good experiences at this particular Spencer's. When you smile at the staff and ask politely, they smile and help you back! Interesting concept, right? People need to stop being so whiny and impatient!

Nice place to get all of those strange things. Employees are professional and helpful. I reccomend this store highly.

GREAT LOCATION! I rather like this location better then the Mayfair location. Mayfair location was trashy and ghetto.

Brookfield location was helpful. Will be shopping at this location again soon.
