I rarely manage phone issue at brick and mortar stores but i will certainly return to this store. Team member Danny was incredibly helpful - he worked with multiple customers calmly and kindly to help us all and get us out the door. He explained everything and quietly went above and beyond to help me deal with an issue with my phone purchase that his store did NOT cause. Consummate professional. I will be back.

The service provide within this store would have to say if not the best but almost near the most hospitable service ever provided to me. Ended everything with exactly how a happy ending should end after visiting this Verizon store and there fine associates.

Been having problems with my phone ever since I got it. Went to Verizon in Secaucus. They were no help. Went to Verizon on route 3. They couldn't figure it out at all. Went to this. Verizon walked in and in 3 minutes the kid fixed it awesome! Awesome job! Thank you so much!!!!☺

I’ve had really good experience here- the rep. Elijah here does a great job doing his best to make sure you’re taken care of when you have an issue. I portability issue from previous carrier provider, my dad with language issue visited the store and gave a call so I can explain issue to Verizon staff. But this guy Elijah went above and beyond to help us, he was super communicative and ended up getting it fixed. Elijah is the best for educated help dealing both with accounts and equipment. He has integrity and I appreciate him so much!

I was very happy with the service provided to me by Aziza. She was super helpful and actually convinced me to get an upgrade after many years of having the same Samsung. Shelvin helped me order my new Samsung 21 phone and he made the process a breeze. When I walked in a few days later his manager Jamier actually completed the transaction because Shelvin was off, however I see why this store is a hidden Gem. Everyone here is very polite and they are urgent in helping their customers. If Jamier is really the manager, he is doing an exceptional job in mirroring himself.

Verizon has always given me good service. If there is a problem a sales person is always ready to trouble shoot and explain where the problem was.

I came into this store by mistake! This was best mistake of my life! I was directed by terrible incompetent nasty verizon corporate store in totowa nj 500 rt 46 to go to corporate clifton location! Woman there shonnel refused to help me! Very nasty! Slammed door on me and my elderly mom.

I was helped at this clifton location 1006 us 46 by a great knowledgeable associate names TY! I have a business and was in panic bc i was not able to text or make calls bc verizon online did not give me correct info. TY knew right away what to do and was so willing to help me!

I was also turned away from verizon rt 23 wayne location. I wish i got that lazy/incompetent guys name. He had brown beard.

If you want great service come here only for your verizon needs!

Friendly store and got the help I needed right away. Was able to upgrade with ease and had everything I needed in order to walk out with a protected new phone thanks to Aziza. She was patient and knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone go to that store and see her.
