I called ahead looking for a specific gift card, and Alan was not only incredibly nice on the phone but assured me they had it in stock. When I arrived, Alan greeted me professionally, and his politeness made the visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, GameStop, for excellent customer service and a positive first impression!

Give it up to Jamal for exceptional customer service even when being interrupted during my experience by his management which was totally uncalled for. Management should be ashamed interrupting a customer for what time someone clocks in and out. As well as doesn't provide lunch breaks. Give Jamal a raise because he did manage to save my experience here.

John was the best GameStop employee I ever met and he answered all my questions and made my day and he is really nice and he should be a manager with the experience he has and I rather come to the store when he is here no lie.

Yesterday I visited this location. I was trying to exchange my sons Nintendo DS. A bit of a hiccup when trying to locate my account link to my guarantee. Gentlemen by the name of Stalin was very helpful, and professional when trying to help. He immediately knew what to do went out of his way to contact his peers, no luck. Stalin didn't hesitate to contact the district manager, where she instructed him on what to do. Thank you Stalin for taking the initiative and matters to you own hands and helping solve my problem. We needs more great costumer service like yours.

The staff were extremely helpful and I love how they follow health guidance which allows one to shop more comfortably. They truly go out their way to find either in the store or online the product you're searching for

This place is probably the best Gamestop I've ever used honestly. I didn't even know it existed until about 2-3 years ago but it's not far from home and the staff is really nice here. The people at the register are always helpful and it's pretty striaght-forward getting in and out. Other than digital downloads I try to get all my gaming stuff from this location. Gamestop doesn't do computer equipment, but when I have the option between getting something from this place or the BestBuy in Woodland Park, I much prefer this place.

The main guy I often see at the register Morgan is not a difficult person to work with as someone who's interacted with him at least 5 times. Both before and during COVID precautions I've watched that guy very patiently put up with a lot of crazy stuff. All the staff here are fine but he's always been very knowledgeable and patient, nobody can be perfect.

I have been coming to this Game Stop Since 2007. It is a very nice gamestore with everything you can expect from Game Stop. Nice selection of new and used games, friendly staff, etc.

Love stopping in just to try out games on their system!
Stock is pretty full and while you might be able to get cheaper games online, the workers here know the new games well and enjoy talking about them which can really help you decide.

A client named Andy was there helped me out with my purchases and the accessories that I needed. They should hire him lol great experience I totally recommend that store in particular

Best place for Xbox

Love the store, its HUGE compared to other gamestops. The inventory is second to none compared to other gamestops. The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. This has been my home store for over 10 years.

10/16/18 best day of my life this girl Katie was so nice and wonderful understanding that I did not want a used Xbox that look like 💩 and look ok she nail it on the hammer ps. Do not go to the Passaic GameStop

Gamestop is a place where your money is taken advantage of, not you because gamestop does not see the person carrying the money. Unlike corporate the employees in this location see the people behind the purchases and always willing to help.

Service was great. The person that was working there went above and beyond to find the game I wanted for my daughter.
