I am forever grateful for our friends who recommended us to BRAH. Both Dr. Andy and Dr. Jody are extremely thorough and take the time to explain things in detail. I have never had a bad experience and with Pennys health concerns we are there quite often. All of the techs have truly made a tough time so much more bearable and I am extremely thankful for them. The compassion and care I feel every time we enter the doors is unmatched. They take care of Penny like she is their own and that means the world to me.

I am very pleased with my latest visit to Bark River! My dog is working on his social skills as he is a rescue and normally barks a couple times at new people. The vet tech David had no problems with him! He got down on Berkeleys level and showed him he wasn’t afraid. I was shocked that Berkeley did not bark one time, gave David kisses, and let him put his bandana on! It was clear he was comfortable in his care. Highly recommend!

We recently moved to the area and were in search of a new vet for our 9 year old pup. Sadly, our dog contracted Lymes & got sick, so our first interaction with Bark River was with a sick pup and nervous parents. Not only were they attentive and caring, but they were so patient with me. Never having a sick dog before, or dealing with administering meds, etc... I've called up there at least 3 times this past week to ask questions or share concerns, and they are always compassionate, give guidance and listen. When we were trying to decide next steps in treatment, they gave me multiple options with details on each, and price points so you always know what you have to prepare for. I've never felt rushed or not heard - which is so important. They not only cared for our fur-babe Ava, but they've cared for me. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area that wants a vet care team that feels like family! Thank you Dr Jody, Jennifer and the rest of the staff that has been so wonderful.

I have nothing to say but positive things about Dr. Andy, Dr. Jody and the staff. Dr. Andy and Dr. Jody never hesitate to go above and beyond for me and my fur children. The staff is friendly, caring, and I never question how they will treat my animals when I come in. Bark River is also a very clean facility and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr.
Andy or Dr. Jody to anyone who wants the best care for their babies.

Dr. Jody and the rest of the staff are excellent and have taken great care of all of our pets over the years. I felt compelled to leave a good review today because of a situation that happened that reflected the staff’s honesty and integrity. The clinic realized someone had over-paid by $100 due to 2 bills being stuck together (none of us realized it until their staff later did accounting.) Dr. Jody himself ended up calling all of his recent clients to try to track down whose money it was! We only realized it was ours because we had a bill with the subsequent serial number. Fantastic vet who goes out of his way to be honest. Plus warm and friendly support staff. Highly recommend!

Jesica is hands down the best, and I am so tickled every time I call and get to speak with her. She’s the bee’s knees.

We really love it here! Both of my dogs are elderly and needed dental work and they treated my peachy like their own. Very friendly and the doctors don't try to push things on you your pets don't need. Their prices are definitely better than many we've tried as well. My boy goes next week for his dental work and after seeing how well my peach was treated Im not anywhere near as nervous as I was when taking her in. They also only do one surgery a day so all of their attention can be focused on your baby and your baby only! I absolutely love that!

Dr. Andy and his team provide great service. They gave us a clear overview with lab results for our cat to make the best decision for her. When waiting for lab results they checked in to ensure they were taking action and working on it for us. Among other details we had a awesome customer experience. I would not hesitate to take your pets here. Thanks DR. Andy!

Dr. Andy is very thorough during appointments and does a great job explaining everything. The staff is friendly and professional. My cat can be quite skittish but the staff is very patient and does an amazing job keeping her calm. My husband and I have been taking our fur family here for years and highly recommend Bark River!

I cannot say enough good things about every person at this clinic. From my first time there with my rescue cat, Jennifurr and each visit since, which is about every three months, I am so happy that I found bark river animal hospital. Care provided, treatment of my pet and the prices charged have always been just great. Thank you to everyone.

The staff and doctor were so nice, down to earth, and helpful. They treated our dogs like they were their own. The rooms are big and the waiting area was nice and open. My pup and myself are definitely happy I switched vets to come here.

Had to have our beloved Siberian Husky put down (i hate how that sounds). When i arrived we were taken to an exam room, there was already a blanket laying on the floor and the staff were very sympathetic thru the whole process. It was a tough day but the kindness and care the staff displayed to both my dog and myself did help.

Great staff ! took our new labrador puppy in for first check up ,vaccines and nail clipping, everyone was very friendly and caring, facility was hospital clean, Dr. Andy was super informative and genuine. Nice feeling that our new pup has a reliable veterinarian.

Dr's Andy and Jody are WONDERFUL. I drive 40 minutes to take me kids there. I have both cats and dogs. I am very satisfied with the care they receive at very gentle and kind hands.

We take all of our pets to Bark River Animal Hostpital and have had an incredible experience every time. The facility is immaculate, the staff is friendly and the price is competitive. There certainly are cheaper Animal Hospitals in the area but Bark River's service, cleanliness, attention to detail and helpful staff make our decision to continue to visit a NO-Brainer!

Took my "trash gremlin dumpster diving" feral cat here after we had her a year and moved back to Oconomowoc.. OUTSTANDING. She was pulling hair.. and the Vet assistant and the Vet were so compassionate and "fixed" the issue. I highly recommend.

It has a very homey feeling. Dr Jody was very good with our dog. Glad we got referred to Bark River!
