We've had several pieces repaired here with excellent service and results. The highest praise I have for this business is that when they don't have what you want, they'll make it for you. When I retired my husband took me there to purchase a gift to mark the occasion. I saw a gold gingko leaf pendant but it was too small. They made one exactly as I requested; I wear it often. When I lost my original wedding band (bought elsewhere) we chose a ring which had been made by their goldsmith. It was perfect and has increased greatly in value. We trust their appraisals and shop nowhere else for jewelry.

Excellent experience top notch service and team. Design and fabrication of some custom 14k gold heirloom pieces. Fast turnaround great communication and kept projected finish date. Tony and Gold Creations have been such a blessing. We did my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands through them and they have been great. We have brought them in to be cleaned multiple times and they are always happy to help, even when there was an issue. They took care of everything, and quickly. He even made my long request for an engraving in my husband's band work. I would highly recommend them.

Gold Creations is THE BEST jeweler around. From the moment we walked in, we appreciated the “no pressure” atmosphere that surrounded us. We worked with Tony on multiple occasions (he’s wonderful). Come to find out, he is the owner. I’ve never stepped foot into a jewelry store and worked directly with the owner. When we had some issues with my ring, Tony remade the ring (in just a few weeks) at no cost to us. We then found my wedding band at another jeweler and decided to take the design to Tony. He custom made the exact ring for cheaper than the stocked ring at another store. Amazing.

This place is AMAZING! After going to many jewelry stores and being pushed by many sales people to buy from them, I was exhausted after not finding what I wanted, and by feeling pressured to buy what I didn't want.
I came to this store and I found THE ring but it was out of my price range. Then the salesman (who didn't pressure me at all) offered me a way to cut down on the cost of the ring I wanted by custom making it. He met me where I was at rather pressuring me into buying from them and buying at their price point. It was so helpful and was a perfect process. My Fiance loves her ring!

I recently had one of my grandmother's rings re-sized larger at Gold Creations and couldn't be more happy with them. Even though the ring is quite unique and probably 60+ years old, they said it would be no problem to make it larger and made me feel at ease. I only waited 3 business days and it was done and for a reasonable price! I was told by another jeweler they could not guarantee the ring wouldn't be damaged and I'd have to sign a waiver and wait at least a week. And it would've been double the price of Gold Creations. I will not hesitate to bring any other jewelry in to Gold Creations.

Highly recommend Gold Creations for your jewelry needs! My husband and I bought our wedding bands from themand then ended up taking other jewelry there for repair, as well as purchasing gifts there! The staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly! They were even able to make an addition to my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) that every other jeweler we asked said was not possible. We will definitely be going to Gold Creations in the future!

Every customer seems to get the same level of service whether you are investing in something new or are just stopping in to say Hi, have an inspection and cleaning done, or order some repair work. The team at Gold Creation is absolutely phenomenal. I specifically worked with Tony and Mark, unparalleled customer service, friendly and patient. They have an extremely high customer retention rate I personally know 5 people who regularly recommend G.C. and now I will too. Highly recommended doing business here for your jewelry needs.

Example: Tony and Mark worked to find a rare diamond cut for me and found one that was larger than I was hoping for and therefore a bit out of my price range. They gave me time to consider and didn't rush me. Ultimately I decided on not going with the diamond and found one online I thought was a great deal. Tony took his own time to look it over for me and confirm that it was a good deal and that he recommend I purchase it. I did and he will be creating the ring out of the diamond I supplied to him for me! Can't stress this enough that I have never worked with a company so willing to get you the product you want even at the expense of not being the company to sell you the diamond.

I have been a returning customer for many years. They have been so wonderful at meeting all of my jewelry needs no matter how big or small the job is they do it perfect. I've used Gold Creations twice in the last 5 years to have custom rings made from family heirloom gems. Their ability to take a design from a picture and work it into a gorgeous finished custom product is simply amazing. Great selection and the ability to completely customize a ring to fit exactly what you're looking for. Checked many other places off the list first - other shops simply get you in the ballpark of what you describe and try to sell you what they have in stock. I have worked with Tony and Gold Creations for over 30 years and I can unreservedly say they have the best quality and prices, not to mention always having an incredible inventory. If you want something cheap and cheap, go to the Mall. If you want something that will be cherished now and become an heirloom in years to come, go to Gold Creations. My wife of 35 years had her wedding ring made by Gold Creations as have my three married children.

The gentleman that took care of me on my first visit to check out their inventory, was kind, patient and took time to teach me about the items I was interested in. I assume it was the owner, and what makes it even more exceptional is I had stopped by after working in the yard and probably could have thought, he won't be buying anything. He never seemed to care about that and treated me like I was like any other customer.
