Shout out to T-Mobile Flemington Manager DAVE for great service the other day! We went in needing a simple phone plan for our organization. He listened and quickly recommended the best phone and plan to meet our needs. Worked though the plan enrollment with us and we were on our way. Great to work with you, Dave! Thank you.

Junior hooked it up with the know how and kindness. I felt like I was talking to a friend, not just a Tmobile employee. Didn't talk me into buying anything I didnt want or need. He was very open, honest and made a deeper connection than most would have, which he didn't have to do

Such a great experience with T mobile today. I bought my A71 samsung phone and Cole helped me to transfer all my information. It is so much better than back in the day when you mostly had to transfer everything manually. They were so helpful, professional and upbeat. This is my new favorite Tmobile store!

I went to this T-mobile based on the Google reviews and wanted to follow up with my own review. I highly recommend this store. All the staff was helpful and friendly but I wanted to give a shout out to Matt for all his help, knowledge, patience and going the extra mile. I was there for around two hours with my kids to buy two phones, wipe an existing phone, port two numbers and make sure service was up and running for three phones. The kids were thirsty and Matt was kind enough to bring a bottle of water and two paper cups from his stash and also keep them engaged while they waited for their phones. The kids even commented on what a great experience they had and they are often the worst critics!

Upon reading the already excellent customer reviews of the Flemington T Mobile location my wife and I decided to change from Sprint to T Mobile and we could not have been more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment we walked through the door Matt treated my wife and I with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail hardly seen in the realm of cellular customer service. Neither one of us are exactly technologically savvy when it comes our phones but Matt came to the rescue with his highly patient and informative approach in explaining the porting process, transfer of files, and fully pursuing T Mobile's current incentives. Matt truly sets the standard for customer service and T Mobile is fortunate to employ such an individual worthy of the highest commendations.

I’m very pleased with the experience I’ve recently had at the Flemington T-Mobile store! The staff, especially Cole, went out of their way to help us get set up after switching from AT&T and so far we couldn’t be happier. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

While I am not happy with T-Mobile, I have to give credit to the Flemington Store - Jonathan, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to resolve my issues. He was professional, courteous and while my issue was not resolved, it was certainly not due to effort on Jonathan's part.

I came into this store in hopes of switching carriers to save some money. Matt and Oscar were extremely knowledgable / helpful. They made the transition from Verizon seamless, and I was able to get a new phone while STILL saving money on my monthly bill!

Today I visited the T-Mobile store in Flemington, NJ. I had lost an adaptor, and sought to get a new one. I was told it was an Apple product, and had to be purchased from Apple. Remember it was my own fault not to have this adaptor. David, the representative, said "wait a minute". He went out to his car and found the exact adaptor I needed. He told me to take it as he no longer needed it. Words fail. Talk about customer service--this is beyond the line of duty. My hat off to David and T-Mobile. He is a credit to your company. I'd like to thank Justin also. He was incredibly helpful when I purchased my new phone. I'm pleased to write this review.

Staff of Matt, Cole, Dion are so VERY Helpful. Even with questions on how to use something on my phone. Technically they are exceptionally competent. And... They are really pleasant. I actually enjoy going there

Young man helped us out to upgrade to a different Tmobile plan. It was quick and easy. Store was clean and not busy.

Great knowledgeable staff. Very Helpful. Brendon Love helped us and he addressed all our needs and set my son up with the right phone. We’ll be back for all our phones!

Hi to whom it may concern .. I came in to complain about my slow cell towards the end of biling (it slows Down) and Leo saw that I was due for an upgrade (due to me being a loyal customer for 13 years) ..I`m beyond Pleased with This stores Performance..I have been disgusted with the Hillsborough T Mobile office for Ages ..Thank You for This location in Flemington And the Wonderful Staff. All I can do is echo the comments made by others. The store personnel are knowledgeable and helpful. If one staff member cannot answer a question another will. Straight forward advice. Highly recommended.
