I stopped by Staples in Flemington to test out a new office chair. They had a wide selection up to 60+ chairs. I spent a good hour testing them all until I narrowed it down to 3. I went with Staples Helen chair which is fantastic. Rivas went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to go over my options, discuss warranties and return policies. Very nice gentleman. Rivas made my visit a pleasant experience without a doubt.

The staff at the print/copy center were so wonderful helping me with a big printing project I needed to get done for the holidays. The team truly went above and beyond during this particularly busy time of year to make sure my very large print order was completed correctly and on time. Thank you so much!

I have been going to Staples in Flemington for many years and Alissa the supervisor @ the printing department has been amazing! Her professionalism and customer service is so genuine and helpful. Torre in the printing and marketing department is beyond tremendous, as is Alisa. They always go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional job is always done for all of my business marketing needs. Recently I needed a very large banner made within a 24 hour timeframe… Torre made it happen and the banner looks so phenomenal. I can’t speak highly enough about it and my experience with her at the store in the printing and marketing department. Also, great darn prices!!

Store Manager - Tori and Associate - Lis absolutely blew my mind providing 5 star outstanding customer service via offered me complimentary FAX services (as a Govt/military vet) which would’ve costed me $45 for the services if without being in the Govt/military! Thank you 100-fold Tori and Lis - you really made my day and impacted me so positively for extending me that amazing courtesy! This store is well stocked and the checkout is fast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can always find the essentials here without the wait. Keyboards, mice, printer ink, the right type of paper and much more.

Tory from production do an amazing job every time my company needs some work! I always see her go out of her way to help all her costumers and make em happy. Flemington staples is lucky to have here! Came in with a half opened box to ship and had to print label. I did not know what to do to get it shipped out, but the observant Shipping/Copy Center clerk came over with tape, scissors and a UPS sleeve for me and said he thought I could use them. He helped me wrap the box and handed me receipt. Class act! Thank you!

I went into the Staples store in Flemington to look for an office chair. The man who helped me was named Nick. He was extremely patient and helpful in answering any questions I had and was able to check the inventory for the colors he had in stock. When I decided on the chair that I wanted, he took me right up to the front of the store to check me out, and even carried the chair to my car! Thank you Nick!

Micah L. is excellent. He is patient, detail oriented, and customer focused. He assisted with a large photo print and it exceeded expectations. The sizing required precision and not just the click of a button. He perfected the print and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout the process. Working with him was a pleasure.

Just incredible how one employee is mentioned by 5 people in three visits plus myself.

Jasmin in the print center with 5 customers managing to multi task 3 Customers and jobs at a time so cutting the service time in half or better. Plus = 2 employees output.

Other person with a +$ 220.00 order said only coming when Jasmine is present.

I called and emailed a trifold order in at 8 last night to have it ready to fold with a sample ready to run. 2 minutes later done to my surprise while she was showing a senior lady how to do her Christmas cards and pulling off an email from an other customer all simultaneously. Wow. Superwoman!

It was my 1st time at the Flemington store, as i entered a young lady named Madison immediately asked me if i needed help.. she walked me to the isle and showed me all of my options for what i needed, i was very impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent with me, its rare nowadays, if it was up to me i would give her a raise, its hard to find good employees.. i will definitely be back to this store when i am in the area.. thanks Madison! That made my day

I have bought from this Staples before and they are always so friendly etc. Well I went to dropoff my fried laptop, my ten dollar fee in hand, only to be told NO fee. :-) now the new hope pa store said a 10 dollar fee so how canone store charge and one not? Thank u for being honest guys.

Just had a great experience at Staples in Flemington. AJ was very kind and knowledgeable with printing menus and table cards for our event. Great customer service!

DAN helped me and did an excellent job in guiding me through the claim process. Gave me good advice and excellent customer service. I would have done the survey for staples, but I let it expire ! OOOOPS!!

Amanda in printing is an over and above employee. She called be several times to assure me that my printing jot was perfect prior to pick up.
