Good morning everyone. I Wish I can give more than 5 stars. I literally go out of my way every morning just to go to their location because they knock it out of the park every single time. John Sam and Darren are amazing managers. They have an amazing team. They knock it out of the park every time. I can't rave enough about this location. And I don't think that they get the credit that they deserve from upper management but I praise them. And I give good compliments all the time. Call incorporate and you know, leaving surveys. I just have to leave one publicly. Because for the last year they they know me by face the name and I just think that that's amazing. It shows how much they love what they do. And they really genuinely care about their customers. And you don't get that a lot these days, so Shout out to you guys. In Edison, you guys rock. Keep doing what you're doing.

You can afford lunch! Grab a duet for around $ 6.00. Soup and half a sandwich plus a large baguette. This is one of the few Panera's that delivers. Food is hot, the restaurant is clean and it's at a great price.

Excellent experience! This store is exceptionally clean- in fact it is the cleanest Panera I have seen.

Frankie & Christopher provided excellent customer service. General Manager John provided truly outstanding service! This place is well managed and it shows. Highly recommend this Panera.

Always fresh. And we like the Middlesex College area shop above others. Employees here bend over backwards to make your order the best experience. In fact they made a mistake and then provided a free sandwich for the inconvenience. It just doesn't get better than here. I'm a permanent customer.

This is my second visit to this location to purchase food for myself. This visit was just as great as the first. My small Southwestern salad without chicken and baguette was soooo delicious, fresh, and filling. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire establishment was well kept in cleanliness, organization, and designed for a comfortable sit-in & dine. I spent a total of $9.80 for the salad and complimentary baguette. Plus, this location is surrounded by plenty of free parking and offers many order/pay/retrieve options.

Had good suggestion.. manager staff and chef all were kind and great!!

Very new and extremely clean. Fast service and my Asiago bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon was hot, fresh, and delicious. Coffee was very good too, and not thin like I usually find at many Panera locations.

As someone in their coffee program, I love the place. I can order through the drive I or go in and make it myself. I go everyday and sometimes more than once and for $9.59, I can get my favorite iced coffee. The food is not bad and while a little overpriced, their cookies and pastry are really good. It’s clean ,the staff is fantastic and easy to order.

Simply put, This is the BEST Panera Ever!

I do and its the freshest, cleanest, Panera and Ive been to about (12) in all different locations and other states.

I usually go to the panera bread in Raritan, so I was surprised how different places could be like. I was also pretty awkward due to the new place. The staff was surprisingly attentive(not that the other place was not), and I personally had to stay there for 3 hours due to waiting for my family. I loved how many seating places there were, and I was surprisingly comfortable being by myself. When I had a trouble, the staff was so kind and helpful. Even when I was sitting, one of them came to ask if I needed help. I just thought I had to share this.

I can count on one hand the negative experiences at this Panera, but no place is perfect so let’s be real…I work in customer service too so I get it. I came here on my lunch break last week and had THE best customer service experience I have had in a long time at any establishment (store, restaurants, etc), probably the best ever. I’m sorry if I spelt his name wrong, but Sonje (who I learned usually works the later shift and was just conversing a day shift) was incredible sweet, enthusiastic, and patient from the drive through speaker to the window. I was smiling the whole time I was ordering because I couldn’t believe it.
I had the opportunity to tell him in person and how much I appreciated it. There are nice/kind people at this store and many other everyday places, but he exceeded that and was just overall a refreshing individual.

I hope the management and/or cooperate recognize him for all he does because that kind of attitude is like gold in the hell that customer service industries are. Have a wonderful day and thank you again Sonje😁

This is a great Panera. They have many electrical outlets. I often go here to work so it's a big plus. Oh yeah and the food is good too. Pizza, green goddess salad, broccoli cheddar soup.

Best Panera Bread in the area. Brand new store with fresh design, tables with USB port, and outlets all over the store so we can charge our PC and cellphones anywhere you sit, table or both. Staff are always pleasant and helpful whenever I visit. Manager John is doing a great job by keeping the place clean, hiring friendly staff and making his rounds to make sure we are happy with our orders. Highly recommended.

Spoke with josh once and John they both were so helpful! Something was missing from my delivery order and they went back and brought it back to me with no issues the delivery driver is also a dear! My best experience at Panera yet these guys deserve a raise

Another place I have only picked up from to do deliveries but from what I can tell. It’s extremely clean and the staff are really polite. From that alone next time I catch myself wanting lunch. I’ll swing by!

Best panera in New Jersey!! Shout out to whoever was on line because they made the most rockin sandwich ever ! The staff was also super accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!
