Manhattan Mini Storage

I'm leaving this review because Donna at the SoHo location at 260 Spring St provided the single best customer service experience I've ever had. She was able to fix everything that went wrong in the process with previous customer service representatives and was able to provide me with a perfect storage unit. She stayed late, was extremely kind, and truly so helpful. Thank you Donna!

Same excellent customer service as last year. This location has the best customer service out of all the locations, but Varick St is a close second. Raul is always so quick to help me put a unit on reserve. All it took was a 3 minute phone call, and everything was set. The prices are fair enough for the city, but the loyalty and warmth of the staff keeps me returning.

My dad and I have been customers at the Spring St. location for years and have always been happy customers. Yesterday we went and met a wonderful representative, Donna, who helped us not only change storage units to one that better fit our needs, but was also very kind, courteous, and understanding. Would ask for her by name again when we come back.

At the end of last month I had to get a new storage space which I had been dreading & putting off forever. I was fortunate enough that day to be helped out by Donna who was simply incredible! She was so patient & so helpful and made the whole experience so much better than I was anticipating. And thanks also to her great sense of humor which kept everything in perspective!

I've been renting here for nearly two decades, and highly recommend it. Easily accessible and safe. Kenny, the manager, is incredibly helpful and polite! He's saved the day on more than one occasion!

Kim was incredibly helpful with setting me up with a storage unit! She showed me a variety of unit sizes and answered all my questions patiently. She made the process very smooth, it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with; couldn't help but feel like the extent of her accommodating nature was being totally wasted on such a trivial inquiry!

Hopefully, the people I may eventually need to speak with when actual issues arise can be even just half as pleasurable as she was!

Kim is amazing. She helped me upgrade my unit and within 20 minutes the change was made, i had a new contract, i moved my stuff, and i was out of there. She helped me every step of the way. Great customer service! Thanks, Kim!

Had a very pleasant experience this morning trying to purchase boxes for my big move out of NY. Confused about what I need and overwhelmed with moving I was so happy to run into Tiffany at the front desk. She was so efficient and did a great job at recommending what to buy, down to even wrapping my boxes for me to carry out! The entire staff were surprisingly so friendly and accommodating. 10/10 service, thank you guys again!

The customer service representatives at the location were friendly, professional and provided me with outstanding service. There was a problem with the online pricing on the unit. The customer service representative that assisted me, opened a request, let me know that it should be adjusted by the end of the month and it has been. I'm happy with the service and the rental unit.

Donna is an absolute angel and a life saver! And Ramon was incredibly helpful too. Together they took the distress out of an extremely stressful moving situation. They redeem Manhattan mini storage’s significant price hike with their excellent service and attention. The customer service I received today from Donna and Ramon was truly refreshing and amazing.

I’ve been storing here since 2005 and go in and out of my unit multiple times a month. No matter who the corporate owners are, the staff here is excellent and helps to resolve any issues. In my 19 years here, I haven’t had many problems, but when I did have one come up recently, Xavier and Kenneth were very understanding and helpful. No games, no negotiations, they just fixed my problem immediately. Overall, the space is safe and well-kept, near trains and tunnels, and it offers 24hr access if needed. Highly recommended.

Had a question about the dims of my unit, and X was super helpful. Would recommend this space to anyone, especially orgs that need the storage space to keep their stuff in.

The team here is next level. Specifically Kim, Tiffany, and Kenny. They went above and beyond to help me carry extra boxes that I did not realize were delivered, which they did not need to do at all! Not only did they help with this which made my experience top notch, but when there was an issue from the shipping facility, they knew exactly how to fix the problem. It’s wonderful when the customer service allows you to develop relationships between clients and customers. Will be using this place for all storage needs going forward!

Can’t recommend Manhattan mini enough! The staff are always so helpful and accommodating and make the process completely seamless. Kenneth especially helped me out today in a huge bind today involving a lost bag and keys while I had a huge box to handle. One of those New York days gone wrong turned right back around! I lived in NYC for 10 years and the best customer service I’ve ever received was here from Tiffany! I had five hours in the city and needed to quickly pack up and downsize my storage unit. Tiffany was friendly, accommodating and made the process extremely easy. She took time to show me a couple of units and gave me her expert opinion on what she thought would be a good fit for me. Shes an incredible asset to the front desk at MMS. Thank you Tiffany!!
