And it came out nothing short of spectacular. We liked world wide so much we are planning our basement reno with them too. Steven helped us on Leah’s day off and he was equally fantastic! I recently had carpet runners installed on two staircases in my home in South Jersey. I was so pleased with the selection available as well as the salesperson ( Greg ) in the Fairfield showroom. He took the time to show me not only precut runners, but also a wide variety of carpets that could be custom cut and bound. I chose the latter because there were so many more styles/ options to choose from. I had previously gotten an estimate from a flooring center in South Jersey, but the prices and selection at Worldwide were far superior to those I had received. The installers were professional and polite, I highly recommend Worldwide Flooring!

Great experience with making decisions and setting up our order- installation not done yet. Steven L. at Fairfield location was helpful with navigating engineered hardwood options for our space. Steven was extremely helpful. Our basement was recently flooded and couldn't decide to replace the carpet or switch to vinyl. He was patient as we mulled back and forth on our decision. Would definitely recommend Worldwide to anyone looking for a great customer experience.

I wanted to write about my fantastic experience with Worldwide Wholesale Flooring, and Greg in particular. I searched far and wide across NJ (yes, I'm that person) to find our ideal vinyl wood plank flooring for our basement renovation, and I'm so happy I found WWF. First of all, the showroom is amazing! (The one I went to was in Fairfield.) I had already been in a lot of flooring stores so I could truly appreciate what a great selection of flooring they had, and what a nice showroom it is. I wasn't sure what to expect because from the outside the windows were covered with advertisements, so you can't really see the inside. I was so pleasantly surprised - The space is huge, well lit and really pleasant to walk around. Even better, Greg, the store manager there was amazing. He's warm and extremely knowledgeable about flooring. I asked him so many questions and he was happy to patiently answer all of them, without making me feel pressured to buy. The flooring was priced very competitively - in fact, it was the best price I could find. Delivery time was quick and Gregg updated me to let me know it was on time. One note: when the flooring arrived, my contractor could not pick it up because he was on vacation. Worldwide Wholesale was SO nice about this and was able to keep it for me for two weeks without charging me, which was such a relief. When we finally got the flooring, I was so happy - it's beautiful. I've attached pictures of the flooring, which was installed by my contractor (not by WWF, so I can't attest to that service). The grain looks darker in the pictures than it is, but that's just the iPhone over saturating the shot. Anyway, don't hesitate to try Worldwide Wholesale Flooring - they have a great selection of flooring, were professional every step of the way, accurate with the delivery estimate, stayed in communication and then followed up by asking how I liked my flooring - just a great experience from beginning to end.

This was our second purchase in three years and we returned specifically because of the way Steven helped us. Then as now, Steven took the time to understand our projects, made helpful suggestions, and thoroughly explained the delivery and installation process.

When it came to installation day, Monico and Gregory were very efficient in removing the furniture and old carpet from the room and then replacing the furniture back to where it was and then created a custom runner which nicely accented the room. In all we were very pleased with the quality of the services provided.

We have been trying to make a decision about a floor for our kitchen for awhile. Steve had great suggestions and was patient with our decision making process. He had everything all written up and organized in no time at all. Very patient and thorough. I like that everything is organized right then when you buy.

Steven Lazaridis is indeed a credit to the WW Floor Coverings organization. He is knowledgable, courteous, empathic and engaging. Although we have residences in both NJ and Pa., our project is in the Pocono region where we could have considered other local flooring vendors. Leah Hill is a superb professional. She provided AMAZING customer service and she is very knowledgeable. She helped me navigate some choppy waters with my building’s HOA rules and procedures. She remained calm throughout the ENTIRE process. From inception of picking a hardwood product to matching the existing flooring in the space through installation. We had some not so fun moments but we made it through.😊😊 Great teamwork. I love my new floors.
