We had the best experience at Ashley’s store. TK walked around the store with us, listened very carefully to fully understand what we were looking for. We left knowing exactly what to expect on our amazing order. Quality is excellent and prices are budget friendly. Will definitely come back and recommend them to our friends.

Henry was the most knowledgeable and talented salesperson I've ever come across! They listened, saw our vision, and took the time to show us every piece available that would fit in multiple spaces in our home! I wound recommend anyone looking to returning reach out to Henryl!! Never had such a good experience shopping for a couch in my life. I normally get nervous and frustrated when someone comes and helps (I prefer to shop by myself) but Shayan the store manager was an absolute delight. He didn't feel pushy or aggressive at all like most salespeople do and I genuinely left feeling like I made a friend. Would absolutely go back for my next furniture purchase. 10/5 stars.

I had such a wonderful experience with both Justin and Kim! Justin was so very patient, kind, and extremely professional. He has an exemplary work ethic and excels at what he does! When I walked into Ashley I had done my research and had no intention of making a purchase that day. I had researched 3 other competetive stores and planned on making my rounds in person before making my purchase. Then I met Henry. He was able to understand exactly what I wanted and eased my fear of stepping out of my comfort zone...which i really wanted to do. He understood design, warm vs cool colors...and put me at ease with my ideas. I didn't want a couch or loveseat...I wanted 2 large chairs with ottomans...and I was determined on finding the right size and color. He understood my needs and concerns. It took about 45 minutes and suddenly I was totally confident. He didn't 'talk me into' anything by any means. I didn't feel pressured or obligated...he really just listened to what I wanted and guided me. He understood my vision and got me there. Needless to say, I didn't feel a need to go anywhere else. I left with a delivery date for my new chairs, ottomans, and confidence in my purchase. I felt like I'd known him for years. What a great experience. Henry is a genuine person and knowledgeable in design. Ashley has a real gem in Henry. Thank you so much!

My husband and I came into this store initially just browsing for a couch for our new home. Henry welcomed us in, was very patient and attentive to us. Let us think things over for an extensive amount of time. We NEVER felt rushed or uncomfortable and ended up with an incredible couch. Highly recommend this Ashely store !

Staff very welcoming! Was connected with Justin who was extremely helpful, patient and very professional. I was undecided at first about a storage bed vs box spring. He gave me the time to think about it and provided me with his cell number for any questions I had. Once my decision was made I contacted him via text to see when he would be available in store to place my order. Of course when I arrived I saw another bedroom set so took longer than expected but his patience was amazing. His help, patience and Transaction all went well and very professional.

Seamless experience working with TK - very knowledgeable about the couches and was not pushy in his approach. Explained all the details of the couches we liked. Would highly recommend him and the store for couches.

We worked with Justin who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have twins who made things somewhat difficult but he was caring to their needs and never got flustered or upset. My wife and I were looking for twin beds but wound up purchasing twin beds and our own new bedroom set. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone and will be coming back in the future.

Wife and I decided to possibly look at purchasing a set of couches. We were met by a young man with a great smiling face, Trevor Mackey. After looking at several couches we made our selection and bought a beautiful set of couches. Trevor was quick the salesman but more than that we felt like family. We were treated like valued customers. Thank you Trevor for making this experience a memorable one.

My husband and I just bought our bedroom set, mattress, and couch at Ashley. Both Matt and Felicia were incredibly kind and patient with us. Matt helped us find the perfect mattress and spent over an hour with us to match us to the mattress that was best for us. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we knew we were making the right choice. I never once felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase I would regret. He allowed us to take our time and ask as many questions as we needed. Thank you for your time and expertise!

We wanted a new couch so we checked out Ashley. It was the first store we checked out and after about an hour we were walking away with a couch. The whole experience was pretty good. The store was pretty easy to get to and there was tons of parking. It seems like the salesmen must work only on commission because they were hungry. I guess ideally I usually prefer to just walk around and browse by myself, but by the end of the experience I was happy that Justin was there to guide us through the store. He knew so many dimensions off the top of his head, it was crazy. They also offer drinks like water and coffee which is a nice touch even though we didn't take them up on it. We narrowed it down to a few different couches and then Justin gave us time to ourselves so we could sit and talk everything through privately. Eventually he came back and answered any final questions and we made the deal happen.

It is worth noting that the prices online were better than all of the posted prices in the store, but when we mentioned it they were able to match the online price and Justin explained that the posted price is the price if you do financing, but the price was lower if you pay in full. It sounds like there might have even been more room to negotiate further, but we didn't push too hard or anything. If you order online, they offer a 5% discount for health care workers, but they don't offer that in the store. The price online are a little more expensive for delivery and it takes 4 to 6 weeks, but our couch that we got in the store could have been delivered as soon as a week which was nice.

They push pretty hard for the protection plan in the store so maybe the commission is higher on that or something, but we declined it. You can expect the protection plan to cost about 10% of the total cost of the furniture and shipping is between $100 and $200 for the average stuff. Of course that stuff could always change in the future, but if you're reading this review, I guess you're looking for extra information before you go in so I told you everything I could. Ashley has a great selection and a pretty comfortable environment so give it a whirl.

Justin Hamacher provided excellent service! We had expectations to visit approximately 5 stores however it wasn’t necessary! We found exactly what we were looking for & more. Justin provided a thorough amount of information regarding our purchase & answered all of our questions leaving us 100% satisfied and confident that we made the right decision to purchase here. His friendliness and attentiveness was very much appreciated. Will be returning and asking for him personally.

Furniture store and staff were excellent. We purchased a new completely wooden dresser and it was set up for delivery with a financing option right on the spot. Simple service with a smile is their top selling point. None of the Sales folks were pushy and it took us a while to pick out our dresser, but they were patient and waited for us to test them all before choosing the one we wanted. Would go back again!

Justin is amazing, super friendly and extremely helpful. Never once was aggressive in trying to get that sale like some people are. He gave plenty of space for us to look around. He made the ordering process so smooth and at the end I feel like I have a new friend.
