Yo I got a debt. I’m aware. I’m gonna pay it. When I can. Sadly that’s how it became a debt. Because obviously I was not in a financial place to pay that original amount of money.

Calling me and being a total… being super rude. Telling me I should just pay it in the first place and overall trying to imply I am a low standard person and should figure out my life.

All that. When your job is just to try to collect money……

I am a single mother, working and I have a "debt" collector calling me in the middle of work stating that I owe them $616.00 and that if I don't pay it I will be taken to court and pay attorney fees to. Is this a way a debt collector should handle thing by threatening with more costs. Then to find out I call the bank that they say I still owe them the money and they say your account has been closed and there is nothing showing as a past due account, and my account has been closed. What a crappy place to deal with.

This company dragged me over the phone for over 15 minutes. Can not answer simple basic questions. They refuse to accept my payment a first for a collection agency.

Tried to settle a debt and they won't even take my offer to the creditor, which is their job. Horrible service with zero negotiation.

They keep calling the wrong person and the guy in the phone made a threat.
