always a fun time visiting the store, the jewelry is always unique and interesting. One of the employee's kerri was very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect necklace

Didn't buy anything but they really know to overpriced clothing at this store.

I shop frequently at all the Francesca stores for the first time an item ripped a couple days after purchase, the date was 2 days after purchase if a sweater rips that quickly it wasn’t good to begin with the girl at the counter seemed annoyed I never returned an item from this store in all the years of purchase but if an item is bad it’s bad…. Very poor customer service I will be going to corporate with this and think twice before coming here.

Visited the store today on 5/10 and had an absolutely horrible experience. The staff was not pleasant, giving me not such a nice look as I walked in and not greeting me either, like I listened to them greet every other customer that walked in after me. The person that appeared to be the manager or the leader of the staff was very rude and acting inappropriately by screaming at a staff member while there were a good number of customers in the store, and all of us looked at each other questioningly and a little scared for the poor girl. If you want a good Francesca's experience, try the one at Willowbrook mall: staff is much better there.

when i walked in she greeted me so we were off to a good start, i was looking at the products and saw something i wanted to know more about so i asked her a question and she just nodded and walked away, no verbal response whatsoever. obviously since i didn’t get my question answered i left the product back in its place and got something else, as she was about to ring me up someone (another customer) else was asking her for some help on a shirt so she went and grabbed it for her and then this other different customer came and asked her for something else. She went to the back to find something and left me alone at the register. i waited for a good while and when she came back she didn’t apologize for leaving me hanging. she rung me out after about 20 mins and i left. there was another associate around but she didn’t ring me up either. There store wasn’t busy at all. just 2 other customers and me. i guess they prioritize certain people more..

Honestly feel disgusted by the way I was treated by this worker. I walked in with my sisters, I smelt a chapstick that’s was ALREADY open and I said that I didn’t like this smell. Then the lady told me “your not allowed to open those” giving me a dirty face. I told her “it was already opened” and she gave me an even dirtier look. She didn’t have to say anything to me for me to realize that she was showing disapproval to me. I am so mad.
