Sushi Fu

I love their food and come here to eat often. Their sesame chicken is really good, they give you a lot of chicken pieces, portion sizes are great, their food always fills me up. Their terriyaki salmon is delicious too. I also love the mochi ice cream. I’ve tried a bunch of items on their menu and I’m always satisfied. They have a lot more take out and delivery orders than dine in but still their atmosphere and decor needs a make over. However, the food is more important and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I usually get my sushi from here during my lunch breaks, they never fail. Very fresh & made to order!

We had the sushi, some rolls, & edemame.. all very good.
Yellowtail sushi was good sized & melted in the mouth, awesome.

I do take out probably once a week from Sushi Fu. The food is insanely fresh and always made to perfection. (Im talking food bc Im not a sushi eater, but my family gets the sushi and loves it!) And the staff is lovely!
I do go sit inside and eat sometimes too and its very quick and quiet!

Good spot. Sushi is 7/10. General Tso’s is 7.5/10. Very spicy, I usually ask for it mild! Mango Chicken is excellent, also very spicy.

I'm so glad I discovered them via grub hub! I now will order through them online! I have not been disappointed so far! I have order multiple dishes that included salmon and its so fresh. They also followed delivery instructions (unlike the grub hub delivery) and called. (I live in a back apartment so they end up delivering to the landlords upstairs, ringing thier door bell, etc) Will order again!!!!

I am appalled at the exaggerated bad reviews and suspect them to be malicious slander from competitive businesses or something. This is my regular go to for lunch and dinner and the food is exceptionally fresh and high-quality each time. I live in the city and before living in UWS I lived in Flushing Queens and have a very high standard for Asian cuisine and I am so thankful to have found my favorite spot in New Jersey. You can’t go wrong with any of the bento box lunch combinations the salad is super fresh and delicious with the perfect house sesame ginger dressing, the entrées are not oily and don’t taste like it came from a buffet table. Even the miso is perfect the seaweed is fresh and nothing is overly salty. Everything is fresh to order & the family business actually sincerely care about each and every dish they prepare. The delivery person goes out of his way to accommodate what I need for my office and I’m so thankful. I wish I had photos to both but the food is so delicious I scarf it down before getting the chance to seriously thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job if you are reading this and wondering where to eat look no further you will not be disappointed I promise. If you go inside the restaurant you’ll see a Hall of Fame wall of famous celebrities and local influencers who love dining here… so don’t believe the bad reviews they are crazy. THANK YOU SUSHI FU!

This place is great. No frills nothing “exceptional” but a wide variety including, sushi, Thai & Chinese options. Loved it, will be back

My friend ordered a sushi bento box. While he ate the primary components of the meal, he delegated the salad and soup to me. I cannot emphasize enough how excellent the soup was (it was an Hot & Sour). Sushi Fu has been going up and down in quality of composition and ingredients the last few weeks but I believe they must have either gotten a new chef or merely decided to exponentially increase the quality of their good. And it shows: the Hot and Sour soup is quite possibly the best soup I have ever had. Spicy, but not by much, it just melted my sinuses and I began blowing my nose after. Not only was this soup good, but it healed me. I followed up this holy experience with the salad which had very fresh greens and a hearty ginger sauce. I did not eat any of the principle meal but certainly believe that the auxiliary constituents of a meal more accurately define the kitchen. They could easily ignore the soup and salad but instead they paid careful attention to ensure that both were delicious. It is from this information that I deduce that the meal itself was most likely fantastic. I did not ask my friend whether or not the meal was good. Thanks, Sushi Fu.

This is a great byob sushi spot. The sushi is consistently delicious and fresh. It is served within 5-10 minutes every time. The place is very clean and has a very calm environment. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like this place is worthy enough for a shout out. Definitely my go-to sushi spot!

Absolutely my favorite place! Always great service and friendly staff. Pyramid of Egypt is my favorite along with the pineapple fried ice with cashews!

Fantastic!!! Went with a large party. The food and staff did not disappoint. They had special sushi items I have never tasted. I had a white tuna sashimi in a delicious soy cilantro dipping sauce. It was so good. I would highly recommend this location.

My favorite restaurant for take out ! Me and my boyfriend ordering food from them all the time. it's always fresh and they deliver very fast. Plus delivery people always extremely nice

Food is always tasty and clean. I’ve ordered from here a lot thru out the years. Dine in and take out, they’re just consistently good.

My husband and I went here thinking it was still the River Kwai Thai Restaurant. We ended up staying and had the Pyramid of Egypt roll as an appetizer, it was so good!! It was sweet and spicy, yet savory. I definitely recommend it. I ended up having the Pad Thai which is also good, but its more Chinese infused than Thai infused. If you can deal with that, you'll love it. My husband had the Sambal Delight and he seemed to enjoy it as well. If you're looking for a Thai food, this may not be the place you want to go to, since its more Chinese infused. The quality of the food is great and the food is pretty good.
