As a woman walking into a male-dominated industry, it can be a bit intimidating. This was not the case at Fette Ford. My sales rep Luke, was professional, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. he knew what I was looking for and kept me in mind anytime any new inventory came in. I had several test drives and he was always patient and kind. Once I found exactly what I was looking for, the transaction was pretty smooth, he gave me a very fair price on my trade. The financing was very straight forward. He made sure I downloaded the Ford pass and used my points towards new matts, ( saved me $60) which he personally ordered and installed for me.
