Allstate Insurance: Nelson Walker

We had such a pleasant experience changing our insurer to Allstate Nelson Walker. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and felt very comfortable. Liz went above and beyond comparing apples to apples, and then helping us extensively with was best for us to meet our personal needs. We are so happy to be able to do business with people, and owners at that, who genuinely care about what they do and want to help.
With our previous insurer you never knew who you were going to talk to as employees seemed to come and go and they did not put our best interest first, they just wanted to get their job done whether it was good for the customer or not.
We are so glad we switched!

I own a home in NH although I live in AZ. Nelson and his staff were so helpful to me when I was setting up a renters insurance policy for this home. When I needed referrals to local contractors, they assisted me with names, which was so helpful to me. Nelson and team are attentive and quick to respond to my calls and I appreciate your service.

I would recommend Nelson and Liz to anyone for insurance. T+hey have always been great to work with. Having said that, when I found myself in a bind a few months ago they went above and beyond to make sure I would come out Okay! I recently bought my new vehicle in New Hampshire, I decided to get a quote from an insurance agency there. I googled Allstate agencies from the dealership and found Nelson Walker in Epping. The agent that answered my call, Liz, was ever so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the company and it's policies. Their rates are considerably less than what I was paying for my Auto insurance in ME. I stopped by the office and met the owner, Nelson and his employees. Nelson Walker and the folks that work there all do a fantastic job. I actually never had an agent before as I've always gone with companies like Geico and Amica. I was with Amica at the time and I got an email about the possibilty of saving some money by switching. What I didn't know is that it would send my info out to several different Ins companies all trying to get me to switch and all of them were actually more than what I was paying at the time. So when the Walker agency called, I almost told them I'm all set, but the way they handled themselves, being very polite and professional made me listen to what they had to say and boy am I glad I did. Not only did I save some significant money on my car insurance. I also bought my first house shortly after and got my homeowners policy through them as well. Keep up the god work guys. I highly reccomend the Walker Agency!

Nelson and his wife (power team) are extremely caring and helpful, they both have helped me with questions and problem solving when it came time to deal with car issues. Nelson is very patient and considerate, I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

The Walker agency has been great to work with. My wife was hit from behind in a construction zone on the interstate and her car was totaled. The Walker agency went above and beyond the Call of Duty and handled everything for us with one phone call. When we finally got a new car to replace the one that was totaled a deer ran into the side of it and did $4,000 damage. I used to have progressive and was left to fend for myself when my car was totaled. So I switched to allstate and was taken care of completely when I got rear ended. I pay a little more now but the improvement in customer service is well worth it.

They have always been very helpful. One time even with an issue that was not their fault. it involved a fraudulent charge to my mom's account and they went above and beyond in helping me to resolve the issue.

This agency has been right up front with me and trying to stay ahead. When I needed to add home owners insurance after buying my first house they were quick to make sure I was all set.
