Ragstock

Came in today to do some shopping and had my little kids with me. Ashley was working and saw that my kids were bored and offered to sit and hangout with them so I could look around. It might be the nicest thing anyone has done for me in a long long time. Ashley has a kind and pure soul and is a beam of joy. It was such a delight to cross paths with them.

I love their clothes. I just bought 3 flannels for 12 dollars each and 3 sweatshirts for 5 dollars a piece. Very good quality and nice clothes

Came to this store last night. I've been trying to get a tshirt this place sells for months now but they never have my size. I finally found the tshirt in the size that I need at this location. I was super excited to get it finally, only to have the cash register not work at time of my visit.

Unfortunately, I no longer carry cash on me most places, and really only have access to my debit card. Ashley Brown was the associate working at the time of my visit and I cannot thank her enough for her amazing customer service. I know how stressful it can be to have technology mess up at an important time but she handled it very well. I expected nothing short of her just telling me I have to come back but she really made me feel welcome. This is the first thing i've ever purchased from ragstock, and I do plan on coming back often as it is very rare to see customer service like this these days.

To the management - keep promoting and encouraging your employees to provide this tier of customer service. It definitely has not gone unnoticed. I showed up to work this morning for my meeting still excited about my experience with Ashley and your store. I mentioned the event in our meeting and my coworkers were all amazed at the type of customer service provided to me.

I've been here four times now and they always have interesting clothing items.
