Macy's

The only good Macy's left in Wisconsin. I come here from Green Bay on a semi regular basis because our macys in nearby Appleton just sucks now! At this store they have a great selection of Ralph Lauren, Hugo, fragrances and various other name brands. I wish they still had Lacoste (they got rid of it a number of years ago) but nonetheless I always look forward to my shopping trips here. I hope this one doesn't close down like so many others have.

I didn't get a name, but one of the ladies working with the fragrances was extremely helpful. She helped me test different fragrances and even made sure to let me know when she didn't know about a certain fragrance in a line instead of pretending to know. I went in there knowing what I was looking for, and she pointed out another thing that I ended up liking. Would definitely visit again.

Very nice and clean store. The lady at the men's suit account was a very nice and respectful person. She helped us through the process.

Ellie was extremely helpful when it came to helping me pick an overcoat. I ended up getting one, coming back again another day and getting two more with her assistance!

Macy's was so much fun to shop!

I was looking for a dress to wear for my husband's Christmas party. The size of this Macy's blew me away!

The dress selection was HUGE! Many sizes and styles.

The dressing rooms are very large.

Each and every section of the store was the same way...huge and well stocked!

I've been to many different locations of Macy's in major cities and to be absolutely honest with you, Mayfair location is more like an upscale K Mart. There is no exclusivity,nor personal one on one experience with the salesperson explaining every aspect of the item that you are interested in purchasing or not. Nope they pretty much assume that you know what you are looking for, but don't get me wrong, the staff is helpful at certain times of the day or day of the week.
The store is immaculate, the inventory is fresh and appealing. I recommend this Macy's to consumers who need only the best quality clothing and other accessories at a great and safe location.

I will shop here for fragrances from now on. Dorothy was so knowledgeable, polite and easy to talk to. No pressure. Eager to assist in sampling. She not only knew her fragrances and could recommend similar scents but knew her inventory as well. Also the department wasn't overbearing with lingering scents so sampling was more accurate than at other stores. This is my "go-to" place from now on in terms of fragrances. I haven't shopped there for anything else yet but I will. Again, thank you for an excellent visit.

Great sales, good products, not much more you can ask from a retailer. The toys r us section was nice. That could have a larger selection itself but was still worth the visit. Ended up leaving with a few unplanned items because of the huge sale prices... Nice.

Visited Men's Dept. and we were extremely pleased with the availability and pricing of Men's suit. The graciousness of the staff added to a positive experience and the purchase of the perfect new suit.

The store is very beautiful and well later out and has top of the lime merchandise.
