My mother passed away, and I had to close her accounts. All was made very easy by bringing in the equipment and the death certificate. I maybe spent 10 minutes at the store. Thank you, Xfinity, for making this painless for me. I've heard nothing but horror stories!

Honestly had pretty low expectations given some of the reviews, but my experience was efficient and highly professional. Everything taken care of in five minutes with a smile - no games like the old days. A “how it should be” experience.

We made an appointment at the store and were promptly greeted. Our sales representative took her time to work through our issues and ensured that the experience was positive. She managed to rectify all our mobile phone issues and get us in and out (with two new phones and a plan change) in about 1 hour, which was way better than expected. I highly recommend making the reservation and working with them in person at the store should you have any issues. They (and particularly our representative) was great.

Didn't have to wait very long to speak with associate about service issue. Was greeted with a smile and pleasant employee.
Understood my concern and within 5 minutes was able to resolve my issue. Was thanked for being a valued customer and anything I needed in near future to stop back in.

Kudos to Jacky for outstanding customer service! Another local store messed up multiple things on our account and we had gotten no resolution despite multiple attempts to work with them to fix them. It took over an hour to address everything, but Jacky was professional, patient, and went above and beyond to fix someone else's mess for us. We cannot thank him enough and hope that he gets some kind of formal recognition/reward for doing such a great job.

The employees are help and listen to you. I have had past concerns about mistakes and concerns to see as many people as they can . I'm sure it's commission that drives it. But this time, I appreciated the assistance!

This store may have the best customer service out of any business I’ve ever been to. Every time I’m there I feel welcomed and appreciated for my business. They greet me every time I walk in and remember my name and check in to make sure I’m satisfied. I recommend this location to anyone.

Tony S. was phenomenal. He was kind, helpful, and most importantly both calm and diligent when the system had a few hiccups. He must be one of the supervisors (or should be) because the other employees kept coming to him for answers while helping us. Great experience with him

I would say three out of four times I got a really helpful positive person, that "1 out of 4" person tried to hard sell me on an upgrade I didn't want. But that happens occasionally, overall I have no complaints.

Really amazing service at this location. I was having issues with Xfinity customer service and finally got the go ahead to replace my modem in the store. Dre was so helpful and quick to replace my modem while also ensuring the other customers in the store were helped in a timely manner. I really appreciate his kindness on an otherwise frustrating day!

Make an appointment if you want to get in and out quickly. I didnt and i spent an hour and a half trying to get something done that should only take 5 minutes at the most. I needed my old phone, a galaxy 9 unlocked so my friend can have it hooked up with t mobile. That should be easy, wrong! I first tried online, with an assistant, the unlock code he sent to me wasnt right, i think he made it up to get me to go away. So, with a live person helping me i thought for sure this was a done deal. I was wrong! She takes all the info from the phone, takes all my info, all the while entering everything into her computer. Then she picks up the phone and calls someone and tells this person she needs an unlock code for the my phone. After 5 minutes or so the person on the phone wants to verify my email address, so i verify it and im told that i should recieve an email with the unlock code by monday - its evening on the Tuesday before thanksgiving! But im thinking that this must be the way its done - having never had a phone unlocked before, im standing right there infront of the xfinity employee, she has all my info, she just talked to someone that said its handled, how can 2 people screw up such a simple request? So i leave with cautious optimism. Never recieved any email or any unlock code. Life is busy, hope to get back to the xfinity store before christmas, hoping the 3rd time is the charm! Other than that im very happy with all they're services.

After a long week with no phone, multiple calls into the call center, and over 2 hours of drive time to and from the store, Jason at the Xfinity store in Woodbury saved the day! He was incredibly knowledgeable and did everything in his power to make our experience better. He didn’t let us leave until all our issues were resolved and really went above and beyond his duties to ensure we were fully satisfied. He even helped waive some unnecessary charges and we left feeling confident in our choice to switch to Xfinity Mobile. Would definitely recommend working with Jason to anyone I know! He was fantastic.
