Walmart Supercenter

I am giving my FIVE STAR rating to the kind, helpful man named “Shola” at the front door!! It was my very first time in your store. He walked me back to the electronics area when I asked where it was located, he had a fantastic smile, and great customer service skills. I had a horrible experience from “Mars”in the electronic dept. he was rude, condescending, and demeaning. After my purchase I stopped to tell Shola that the young man back in electronics could benefit by following him around. Shola responded that he was sorry I had a bad experience, and to please not judge the store based on one employee’s behavior. I assured him I would not. Shola is proud of his job, & defended his place of employment-very honorable! He sets the bar high. Give him a raise!!

I mean, who doesn't live the Walmart that hasn't been looted closed down. Wished it was 24hrs.

Wallmart has everything! I like this store because it is clean an the isle are very spacious.

My package came right on time!! The driver was was very professional and courteous. HOWEVER, the price I paid for a 20.00 dollar phone came to 40.00 dollars.

Woodbury location has really cleaned up.
Checkout both options available with people to help.
Aisles are open and stocked.
Garden center is awesome, whoever taking care of plants this summer has done a great job, plants look fabulous and huge assortment.

Walmart is the Devil! This location is great though (you know, for Walmart).

Tiana (unsure of spelling. Young, light brown hair pulled back) in the pre order/ pickup area was flawless: quick, competent, helpful, and incredibly kind. On top of doing her job well, she was just so genuinely courteous and sweet -- please reach out to her and let her know she's going above and beyond, and her true kindness was so appreciated. She really impressed this irritable shopper.

For as absolutely busy this Walmart was and the fact it was late in the day I thought for sure I was gonna be seeing aisles that had been dug through and not find what I needed. However, I couldn't be more wrong! Every aisle was fully stocked and looked perfect, I found every single thing I needed and quickly. The bakery section had great choices that were well marked with dates and our banana nut muffins were great! Check out was so fast and easy regardless of the amount of other shoppers and every staff I seen was very friendly. Thanks.

With customer service being dismal in most businesses these days, my trust has been restored by employees Dwayne, and Ben at this Woodbury Walmart. They were friendly, courteous, and professional with my wife, and I. Other employees can really learn from them what customer service is all about. Kudos to these two gentlemen.

Had an emergency with my vehicle. This was the nearest walmart to me at the moment. The auto center closes at 7. P.M they were amazing and took my car in at 6:30 with no appointment.
Was so gratefull for them. Would not of made it home otherwise.

This walmart has the level 3 electric car chargers. I wish other walmarts around my area could have them.

I personally like this Walmart more than Roseville because parking is way bigger. It’s a clean and nice Walmart to shop at.

Love shopping their its a friendly environment, the employees helps you when needed with a smile. The pharmacy is fast and friendly. And your not in line too long

Always a great place to shop! The employees are so kind. When 10 of us come there from Elders Lodge, on a designated bus, an employee will bring out a motorized scooter for me to use since I use a wheelchair. All employees are super sweet.

Amazing customer service!! The gal at guest services this evening was prompt, and did her job well and fast. Much appreciated!

I stopped in last week to exchange my daughters Halloween costume for a bigger size and the lady at the Customer Service counter was GREAT! She was friendly and happy to be there and help me. She carried on small talk while processing my transaction & was very professional.
